Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön direkt am Meer und die meisten Zimmer haben Meerblick. Wir mussten das Zimmer wechseln, weil eine Wasserleitung im Bad defekt war und deshalb viel wasser im Bad stand. Der Toilettensitz war ebenfalls defekt. Der Besitzer selbst sah es sich an und als ich sagte dass es schon so war als wir kamen schüttelte er den Kopf und sagte dass die zimmer normalerweise vorher überprüft werden. Im neuen Zimmer war nur der Klopapierhalter und die Abflüsse kaputt aber sonst funktionierte alles. Die Damen die uns das neue Zimmer zeigten lachten nur und sprachen auf malagasy. Das gesamte Personal, sowie der Besitzer waren sehr arrogant, unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbreit. Eine Kommunikation ist so gut wie garnicht möglich, da wirklich niemand ein Wort englisch spricht. Wir haben uns mit dem Übersetzer auf meinem Handy so gut es ging verständigt. Das Essen im Restaurant war ok aber für die lokalen Preise sehr teuer. Insgesamt wirkte das Hotel wie ausgestorben. Beim auschecken sollten wir dann den vollen Preis für das Zimmer bezahlen, obwohl wir vorab per Paypal an Expedia bezahlt hatten. Als wir ihr die Zahlungsbestätigung zeigten schüttelte sie den Kopf und Sagte es sei nur eine Reservierung über expedia, die Bezahlung würde vor Ort erfolgen. Da wird zum Flughafen mussten und keine Möglichkeit uns zu verständigen haben wir den Betrag bezahlt. Das war das teuerste und schlechteste Hotel in dem wir in ganz Madagaskar waren.
