"The hotel facilities seem quite nice, just lack of service staff. However the room we were assigned on the 1st floor does not have Wifi. The young fellow was kind enough to change us to a room on the 3rd floor, which was ok for us although it lacks certain amenities. The worst thing happened was upon the check out. "Sadly having booked and paid for this hotel to end the day motorcycling up the Duoro Valley we had an email from you late the night before confirming that the booking could not be honoured and to ring your reservation services line.
