"We really enjoyed our stay as from start to finish the owner and staff were really friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. From getting a drink to getting around Bilbao. Amazing views and so peaceful location if you're looking for serenity and wilderness this is the place to go. We'll definitely be back!"

"This was a highly functional suite with 2 TV’s, European refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, dishes, cooktop, etc. the grocery store is<2 blocks away. Front desk is not staffed 7x24, but they ordered us a cab for non-staffed hours, and it arrived right on time. Very neat and clean. Trendy contemporary decor. We would go there again. There is dining nearby, but it is better about a 10 minute walk to the old city"

"Great apartments with the basics you need to prepare meals, dishwasher and washing machine. Extra towels, hygiene and cleaning products was provided. Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. Great standard of the apparment and accessories that was provided. Walking distance beautiful Old town of Bilbao, Museums, restaurants etc."

"This was my first time to Bilbao and Sercotel Ayala is a place I would return to in a heartbeat. Conveniently located, there's plenty to see within a 15 minute walk, and a multi-level shopping center just across the street is ideal to grab whatever you might need. The room was good sized, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Andrea (at the front desk) deserves special recognition for her outstanding efforts, helping with directions and giving very specific/helpful recommendations about the city and all it has to offer. There's plenty to see and do in Bilbao, and this hotel serves as a perfect "base camp" from which to explore!"
