El Pueblito Hotel Boutique

3.0 star property
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (19)
"El Pueblito is a unique property in Samaipata. Views of the city below are great. All rooms are decorated with different themes related to the buildings of the little town. In the lush gardens peacocks and horses roam freely. The food was just OK. Service was attentive. However, because of its location on the top of the hill, your need a car to move around. After rain, you even might need a 4x4 to reach the hotel. Anyway, I still think is the best place to stay in Samaipata."

"Nunca he estado en un hotel peor, servicio, limpieza, equipamiento habitación. Sábanas y toallas sucias. Baño sin agua caliente. Después de tres horas de viaje en recepción nos comentan que no tenemos reserva y que no hay habitación."

We didn't have a lock for the room though, but they offered to repair it and nothing went missing. They also have live concerts every now and then but they can barely be heard from the room and end quite promptly so getting some rest was not a problem. Great place to spend a couple of days!
