"Bed was hard as rock. Master Bedroom did not have blackout curtains and the sun woke us up every morning at 5 am. There was mold on the curtains in the master bedroom the hot water shut off on day one of a 3 day stay. The bath towels smelled like someone pissed in them. Mold growing on the shower walls. Good quiet area, Pool was heated, Close to some tourist attractions"

"This is a Thai traditional house. One bedroom, bath and kitchen downstairs, two bedrooms and a bath upstairs. Close to the main road for easy access to Bangsaray, Jomtien, etc. Our house was right by the community entrance. The security guard was very helpful, opening our driveway gate for us, guiding our vehicles in and out, and contacting staff when needed. In all, and enjoyable stay."

"The property is very stylish and beautiful. Staff were excellent, helpful and attentive. They are currently in a soft opening phase, so not everything is worked out yet. We were disappoint by getting a differently configured room than what we booked. 1King,1Queen,1Single instead of 3Queen, which makes it unpleasant for 6 of us! The pool had no seating area, in fact there was no seating outside at all. Staff tried their best to remedy. WiFi was not yet available at our villa, more...
