"Central location in Altstadt Salzburg but remaining amazingly quiet. Easy walking distance of main sites near Mirabell Palace but would need to cross the river for other sites of interest. The restaurants that are close are very good for both atmosphere and food. The facilities are good but limited. Staff friendly and helpful. The room was large and adequate for tourists needs. The drink making facilities, although there were limited and very few drinks were replaced without requesting. ...

"Lovely Hotel within walking distance of the sites. The room is spacious and modern and very clean. There is however no space for the luggage or drawers for your clothes. A bench by the bed would help. "

The rooms are very clean and offer excellent amenities. The biggest 5 star rating about this hotel is the staff. They are fantastic. Very helpful and really nice to talk to. We changed our reservation to leave Vienna quicker than anticipated and are so thankful we did. To be honest, I thought I was going to go home disliking...

"For my two nights in Salzburg the Imlauer Pitter was perfect. Great location, clean, nice free upgrade, the staff were above and beyond polite, respectful, helpful and courteous. Food in the skybar was wonderful and the view rewarding. Couldn't have picked a better hotel."

"The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. However the housekeeping needs improvement. The shampoo and shower gel pump were not working and nothing were done to them. I have to inform the front desk who came and checked on it. 👍 the swing in the room is very unique and I hope the cushion could be thicker so that it will more comfortable. Wish there’s a desk in the room, The location is fantastic, less than 5mins to the train station and bus interchange. "
