"Really enjoyed the stay. We were in one of the new beach houses in the bay. Once there I finally realised the difference between cocoon and crystal (I think :-) Crystal is the last of the 18 houses and has one of the walls fully in glass as opposed to Cocoon that have standard walls. These new houses are simply beatiful - a perfect "love nest" - everything is nice even if we have to change room as the flush of our toilet wasn't working properly (really seamless swap - however I found the houses...

"No refrigerator in my room to put my drinks and other products in. During breakfast at hotel main restaurant I found a giant dead dragonfly in the rolls backet. I informed one of the restaurant staff members. He simply grabbed the basket without saying anything to me. Later i saw the same badket brought back out. Not sure if the bread was throwned away and replaced."

We asked to look around so as to make a new reservation, but found that the pool was inaccessible as we were informed that it was under renovation. We were also informed that the wifi was not free as indicated in my confirmation. We were also not happy with the 2 units which were left. "
