Nice little tucked away house, but beware the lights at night!
The house is a great little house for a small family or if you're bringing a significant other.
pros: spacious open areas, kitchen, great lighting over all, I can't stop gushing over how great the bathroom is. A tub would have been nice, but the shower was great. The hot tub was nice and easy to use. and the semi private decking and lawn was a great place to lay out and read.
soso: the bottom cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom must be built for people who are 6ft plus in height. minor annoyance. The grill is only charcoal, I was fine cause I brought a small portable gas grill and kinda stood it in the charcoal grill.
cons: Small sleeping areas. The queen sized room has no real clothes storage just a giant closet with no hangers. space around the bed is tight but manageable. there is a public light just outside the property that shines into the bedroom and makes it tough to sleep, I'd suggest hanging some black out curtain panels if possible. The room with the two twin beds, the pocket door for the closet is off its rails. I tried for a few minutes to fix it, but I couldn't find the other rail mount. The Batteries in remotes for the fans and TV were either dead or dying, I did replace the ones for the tv. The batteries for teh fan remote in the small bedroom were totally dead so was unable to turn on the lights or adjust fan speeds. not a big deal for me as I slept in the main bedroom
big cons: There are some severe soft spots in the flooring around the bar area.
