Great location, not many supplies
The area is fairly far from groceries, they do not have any kitchen storage containers for food made, 1 towel per person, no extra towels at all, bed were not all made when we got there, late check in and early check out, all other places we have stayed at allowed us to enter early, we had arrived 10 minutes early and the house wasn’t ready until 20 minutes after our 4pm check in time, the WiFi password was not correct, the pool hours are from 10-6 which is a very short window if you want to do any activities during the day, the grills were both out of propane and we had to refill ourselves, there were some roaches seen throughout, the movie room was dirty, old popcorn under seats, only 1 garbage bag supplied, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper, no spices or cleaning supplies at all, when traveling 12 plus hours to go on vacation having to either pack and bring these supplies or buy them and try to pack the extras to bring home is annoying. Also the air conditioning was not able to be set below 72 degrees which it was not really adequate especially for the temps during our stay. Had fun overal beautiful location and views. Far from kids attractions the one close place has closed down permanently. The office is closed at 6 if you had any issues so after checking in after 4 and unpacking if you have any questions you need to wait to get answers the next day.
