From the sandy beach just 100 yards away to the sun-kissed private oceanfront pool, it’s easy to slide into relaxation mode from the moment you arrive. Need a little more coaxing? A hot tub obliges with a bubbly massage. Those who thrive on a little more action will find it hard to pass on the basketball hoop in the driveway or the game room on the ground level that features a pool table, wet bar, full-size refrigerator, microwave, and a flat screen TV. A four-seat table in this space is perfect for games, cards or a spontaneous snack attack.

There’s nothing more soothing than falling to sleep to the symphony of waves and SALTY PAWS obliges with eight bedrooms including five kings, a queen and two with pyramid bunks. Four of the bedrooms offer private baths, two of which feature whirlpool tubs. Four of the bedrooms offer private access to an oceanfront deck. All of the rooms feature flat screen TVs.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
