"It’s a nice clean hotel with really wonderful staff. It’s in an industrial area, but right in front of a very large shopping mall, where there are lots of eating options and, if one needs anything, also shopping. The city is quite small. If you are a good walker and the weather is nice, it’s a 25 min walk to the university and 40 min walk to the old city. "This is a clean and safe property. Staff was efficient and friendly. No bedside outlets, REALLY? Terribly uncomfortable bed. Maybe the most dangerously slippery tub I have ever showered in. Served as a rest stop, and functioned well in that capacity. "

"This is a nice hotel that is a 5 minute walk to the old city. We paid extra for a room with a kitchenette which was convenient for keeping our breakfast things, making coffee and keeping our beers cold. There is a grocery store on the same road as the hotel, on the way to the old city. There is also free parking in a lot 2 blocks behind the hotel. It backs onto the castle grounds. "Had a great six night stay here. Easy to get to downtown via bus. Parking available for a very reasonable price. Could take breakfast in the cafe or have the buffet. Both reasonably priced. Front desk staff very knowledgeable."

"We needed a hotel that accepted dogs and that limited our choice but this hotel offered decent sized rooms that were clean and staff were friendly. The area was decent and it was around 30 mins walk into pamplona. Buses were available but staff weren't sure whether they accepted dogs and we weren't confident enough to try them as our spanish is non existent. "

"Everything great. Loved that our two little dogs welcome. So quiet and peaceful. Very clean and modern. Receptionist very friendly and spoke English. Location good near a river with a paved walkway along side of it to walk the dogs. Petrol station next door to refill our tank before going onward with our journey. "

"As important the location and the property cleanliness are, what is most important to me is the human touch. Home, away from home. Couple of words about two staff members, Jose Miguel the kindest person I met so far and Stella who helped me with my cell sim pin number. Now I have multiple positve reasons to think about Trskel hotel the views from the hotel and the lovely staff. Finally I would like to say to Jose Miguel and Stella you make the difference, And a big thank you."

"The apartments are super clean and has everything you need for a comfortable experience. Location is great in the very quite town of Canfranc just 15 minutes from Astun and Candanchu. If I have to give some constructive feedback, I would fix the shower because it was leaking when using it, and also a more comfortable pillows, they were extremely hard."

"We stated at the apartment when the Tour de France was going through in July 2023. My husband and I loved the location and the area. We had never been to the area and were from the United States, so it was important for us to have an apartment with linens and towels provided. We enjoyed our stay in the mountains! The only downside was the lack of wifi, but I think that is common for most apartments in the mountain area. There was a tourism office with free wifi in the building nearby."

Fantastic quite location near great ski resorts

"We stayed in many hotels during our 3 wk stay in Spain. This is the only property that i want to take the time to review. This beautiful historic hotel is only eclipsed by the overwhelming beautiful medieval town that it's situated in. I felt transported back in time. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I felt as though i was staying at a relative's home. The rooms are updated and comfortable. The breakfast must be on the agenda. You will not be disappointed. "
