The mattress smelled of urine, the windows didn't fully close, the furniture was falling apart, the cookware provided was not clean, the paint is peeling off the walls. The listing looks like the one in the pictures after a hurrican hit maybe. The ceiling was leaking in the kitchen. The building itself is falling apart, rust pipes stacked in the hallways the elevator has a massive hole in the floor. The area is absolutly dead after 4.30 PM. Instructions for check out were not provided. We were picked up at the airport upon arrival.

O apartamento fica ao lado do Pelourinho, perto dos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. Muito bem equipado com fogão, chuveiro, geladeira, armário e micro ondas. Atendeu todas as minhas necessidades. Além disso, tudo estava limpo e entra luz natural pela janela. Super agradável! O host também foi muito simpático. Experiência nota 10! Recomendo e pretendo voltar.

Melhor host e localização S2
Passei 5 dias em Salvador com meus filhos. A localização é ótima para conhecer o centro histórico, fácil acesso a transporte público e aceite de Uber. Dilton me respondeu de prontidão às dúvidas que tive antes de chegar e nos recebeu muitíssimo bem! Kitnet limpo, bem arejado e iluminado. Roupas de cama e toalhas foram disponibilizadas. Além de eletrodomésticos, panelas, tv e internet, estarem disponíveis para facilitar nossas vidas. Tudo que é descrito e tem-se de avaliação, aqui no anúncio, é real. Muito obrigada, Dilton! Ótima localização.
O ponto forte realmente é o preço e a localização, o edifício tem um acesso logo em frente ao pelourinho e em poucos metros acesso ao largo principal do Pelô. Bastante facilidade pra pedir Uber e muito comércio em volta. Os moradores do edifício são pessoas muito tranquilas em maioria família. O AP é muito simples, usamos basicamente pra dormir e tomar banho pois chegávamos exaustas dos passeios então nos serviu muito bem. O Dilton proprietário, oferece um translado de ida e volta pro aeroporto incluso na estadia e foi um extra que fez toda diferença. Precisa de melhorias, mas o preço condiz com o que é oferecido! A hospedagem serviu muito para eu, minha bebê e minha irmã.

Turistando em Salvador
Gostaria de agradecer ao anfitrião, e sua mãe que nos recebeu muito bem, são pessoas muito bacanas já o anfitrião nos ajudou muito com nossa estadia de 30 días, entre réveillon e ferias do trabalho, ambiente é simples mas muito organizado, tranquilo, e aconchegante, parque anda no stress constante e um lugar excelente, o que mais gostamos foi da vista e da claridade, foram férias muito boas , perto do pelorinho e de fácil acesso as adijacentes, bairro e muito tranquilo mesmo. A noite tem muitos eventos no pelô, e quem tiver afim de curtir um praia , mas tá sem carro indicamos que ao final da avenida Av. José Joaquim sobral sentido lojas americanas passam ônibus direto para barra, e quem quiser conhecer o lado norte de Salvador, como Itapuã, Pituaçu, na porta passa o ônibus Pq. São Cristóvão Orla/0125, que dá também acesso ao grandes mercados. a estadia foi super tranquila, apartamento com muitos utencillios, para casal e excelente. gostamos muito, e indicamos. Posso finalizar que viramos clientes assíduos quando voltamos a Salvador Ao anfitrião, deixo meus agradecimentos pela hospitalidade e oportunidade. Além do translado Muito Obrigado por tudo.

Uma vista para o Pelourinho
O apartamento tem um banheiro de 1m2. O chuveiro fica praticamente em cima do vaso. Há somente 1 cama de solteiro, 1 sofá cama super velho (sem condições de uso) e 2 colchões bem sujos. Utensílios insuficientes para o número de pessoas. O anfitrião foi muito atencioso. A localização é boa. Subindo a ladeira chega-se ao Pelourinho, mas até lá, achei um pouco perigoso os arredores. O elevador não funciona após as 23:00. Detalhe: 9° andar. Vista agradável da janela.

Avalio como ótima. Desde o primeiro contato fui muito bem tratada. O local é aconchegante, limpo e localizado. Possui itens (móveis,eletrodomésticos) necessários para a estada curta e longa, confesso apenas q senti falta de um espelho(grande) e de um chuveiro um pouco mais quente. A temperatura do chuveiro acho estava adequada para o clima de Salvador, mas para quem é acostumado a tomar banho com água bem quente, a temperatura era morna, mas isso não me afetou em nada. Gostei também do translado que saiu muito em conta. Só tenho agradecer os dias em que estive hospedada.

Muito bem localizado!
Fiquei praticamente um mês inteiro na Kitnet e achei o lugar bem agradável. Por estar no nono andar, é possível ver parte do Pelourinho é um pedacinho do mar um pouco mais adiante, tornando a vista interessantíssima. A kitinet é de certa forma espaçosa e agrega fácil umas seis pessoas em seu espaço. O único ponto negativo é o banheiro que é minúsculo, mas é compreensível por conta do tamanho da kitinet. Bem localizado, para chegar no Pelourinho basta atravessar a rua e ter acesso aos melhores restaurantes da região. Durante a semana, o comércio ao redor do prédio atende todas as necessidades. Subindo a rua da poeira até o final é virando a direita e possível chegar ao metrô Campo da Pólvora e ter acesso a outras localidades dá cidade. Em geral, apartamento muito bom. Minha sugestão é a colocação de uma tela na janela pra que crianças e animais possam circular com tranquilidade.

Ambiente limpo, seguro, arejado e acessível.
O apartamento fica a poucos metros do Pelourinho, basta atravessar a rua. Possui todos os itens necessários para uma estadia. Ficamos hospedados por 7 dias e foi muito bom, não temos nada a reclamar. O proprietário, sr. Dilton, é um excelente anfitrião. Bastante gentil e solícito. Pretendemos voltar a Salvador e nos hospedar no mesmo local.

Fácil acesso ao Pelourinho
O imóvel é como consta no anúncio, estava limpo, é bem arejado, com bela vista, e o Dilton mostrou-se um excelente anfitrião indo nos buscar e levar-nos ao aeroporto.
