Great apartment. Nice neighborhood. Professional guest. Perfect for those renting a car (safe parking garage building). Pizza place selling brazilian snacks downstairs is the best!

Great Stay!
Everything was great! Marcelo communicates very well. The staff at the residence is very helpful and kind. The neighborhood is safe and in close proximity to restaurants, pharmacies and laundry services. Wifi was great and I never had any issues. My only request would have been more towels but instead I used a self service laundromat. I highly recommend staying at the property. It was an awesome experience and I can’t wait to come back.

Gostamos muito do flat, cômodos espaçosos, porém poderia ter também uma Tv no quarto também para ficar top! e verificar com o condomínio o conserto das hidromassagens próximo as piscinas e como também o conserto da hidromassagem do espaço zen. Pois na propaganda mostra fotos entretanto nos dias que fiquei hospedado fiquei sabendo que estar quebrado também e não funciona e fica ate fechado. Da parte da cozinha sentir falta da panela de pressão para fazer aquele feijão e carne assada

Apartamento excelente, bem localizado e Sr. José Marcelo muito atencioso. Como o apartamento fica no terceiro andar de frente para avenida o barulho dos carros é bem forte, mas fora isso tudo perfeito. Tem uma lanchonete na porta do prédio com lanches deliciosos , pizzaria, esmalteria.
