Staff were great and the food and beverage options in the hotel were good. The area around the hotel is a little dangerous. Better to take Uber to get around. The room I was in was very noisy especially early in the morning.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Security even waited outside with me for the Uber, which was cheap and made staying at the hotel even more attractive because of the great rate I got.

Cool Hotel in Lapa
Cool stay if you want to be near Lapa. There’s a small pool and even a sauna. Breakfast was decent and the staff was really friendly.

Good value for short trips.
This hotel is great for a day or two if you’re on business. The breakfast is decent and the rooms are clean. There is nothing in the area but if you walk 20 minutes you can find yourself in the old city. Uber is rather affordable and efficient. Sweet staff, but no one speak soon English or Spanish so mind yourself.

A realidade é completamente diferente das imagens apresentadas e não condiz em nada com as avaliações. O lugar é um MOTEL que foi transformado em "hotel". O café é fraquíssimo, tinha uma única pessoa para repor e não dava conta, faltava muita coisa. O quarto não tinha ventilação alguma, a janela era lacrada e tinha Insulfilm para não se ver de "dentro para fora" que é a visão da favela que fica em torno do "hotel". A localização é péssima, não dá ara sair andando pois o risco é grande

Mimha experiência foi péssima. O quarto, diferentemente da imagem, um cubículo extremamente apertado e abafado omde se entra de frente e sai de ré com um teto extremamente baixo. Para o preço cobrado, nem deveria existir. O que relativamente salvou foi o café da manhã. Experiência para nunca mais ser repetida.

Acho que o único problema é que os funcionários fazem muito barulho nos corredores, inclusive de madrugada, eles passam com o carrinho, um grita outro responde com outro grito, tocam campainhas pra entregar comida altas horas…no mais, tudo certo.
