Apartamento nota 10, limpo, funcional, ótima localização, todos os móveis e utensílios atenderam às nossas necessidades. Estávamos em 4 adultos e fomos muito bem atendidos. Somente um sugestão: Como chegamos à noite, uma garrafa de água gelada para os clientes na chegada seria ótimo.

Foi a MELHOR escolha que fiz em salvador, começando pelo anfitrião Sr. Osvaldo que é SUPER simpático e honesto. Sempre disposto a tirar dúvidas e de fácil negociação. O apartamento é simplesmente IMPECÁVEL. Meus olhos brilharam com a vista eterna do mar da Barra. Tudo muito limpo e não faltou nada que um apartamento precise. A quem se interessar eu RECOMENDO de olhos fechados pois sou TESTEMUNHA do que passei. Que piscina !!!! Eu e meus amigos VOLTAREMOS PARA O MESMO APARTAMENTO.

A qualidade interior do Imóvel, superou minha imaginação. O bom gosto apurado, dominou em todos os sentidos, para que os Hóspedes se sintam realmente bem, como se estivesse em sua própria casa. O conforto que encontrei é digno para agradar a Gregos e Troianos, e por trás desta magnífica obra de bom gosto, está o Esplêndido Anfitrião OSVALDO ANDRIOLA. Recomendo a todos, e estaremos de volta outras vezes. A Barra é a Barra, e a natureza se faz presente do nascer, ao entardecer, com o o já conhecido e famoso pôr do Sol. O Anfitrião, em poucos dias passou de um simples desconhecido, para um grande amigo. Calorosamente, Eduardo & Rita.

Simplesmente sensacional o Ap. Não consigo descrever de outra maneira, excelente localização, super aconchegante, com uma vista incrível, sem contar a piscina com vista para o farol da barra. Eu e meus amigos tivemos a viagem dos sonhos. Poder ver o trio de Ivete em seu retorno passando em frente ao Ap foi mágico. Sem esquecer é claro da simpatia do Sr Osvaldo, não nos vimos pessoalmente mas sempre se manteve a disposição para nos ajudar. EU AMEIIIIII. Quero voltar em breve!

Para falar desse apartamento, falta palavras...rs. Apartamento fantástico!!!!! Conforto total, equipado e com uma vista maravilhosa! Vista mar total. Sempre vou a Salvador, porém, nunca fiquei em um apartamento igual a esse. A piscina na Cobertura do prédio tem um visual sem explicação! A varanda sem comentário também, só abrir as portas e logo o mar na frente, a Orla da Barra...Show de bola! Além de tudo isso, o proprietário Sr. Osvaldo é sensacional! Atendimento e preocupação com seus clientes! Para quem gosta da Barra, esse é o apartamento! Sr. Osvaldo, obrigado por tudo, seu apartamento e seu atendimento é nota 1000! Ganhou mais um cliente. Voltarei em breve...kkkk. Paulista em Salvador com um apartamento desse dá nisso! Retorno sempre...Recomendo a todos! Abraço! Att. Lino Nascimento.

Apartamento perfeito para família! No meu caso são dois adultos e três crianças. Já fiquei em hotéis , flats e outros apartamentos na barra, mas... O apartamento do senhor Osvaldo é excelente! É por isso que recomendo 😉.

Alugamos o imóvel para minha irmã que veio da Alemanha com marido e filhos e passaria uma semana aqui. Eles ficaram muito satisfeitos!! O imóvel é impecável e a localização excepcional!!
