4 Season Cabin in the Woods with Private Lake Usage

Geared toward outdoor enthusiasts, this cottage was renovated in 2009. It was a summer home for a SC professor. AWD or a car that rides up higher is recommended for travel to the cottage.

Now the cottage can now be used in winter, fall, summer, spring. Out the cottage doors: Hiking, Biking, Swimming, Fishing, Praying, Meditating, Wildlife, Star gazing. Close to the Green River Gorge zip-line and whitewater rafting and tubing on the Green River. Shopping: 10 min. from downtown Saluda; 20 min. drive to Hendersonville; 40 min. drive to Asheville. Winter mountain and Lake views. Summer - lush green privacy.

Outdoor built-in fire pit and large stone patio. Outdoor built-in propane grill. Canoe and paddle boat at lake ready for use. No extra charge. Firewood provided for outdoor use and inside fireplace. Trash service on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Fully equipped kitchen. Coffee and condiments provided. Circle drive. Pet friendly.

The place was peaceful and quiet. We wanted a quiet weekend and this met everything. Property was great. Cabin had everything you’d need for our stay. Road up was a little bumpy but would definitely consider staying there again

Dream getaway from our getaway
My husband and I are moving from Texas to Maine and this was much a needed relaxing stay. The cabin was very accommodating, and we loved morning walks and fishing in the lake. Beth was very helpful in our late arrival and we will definitely be visiting again.

This cabin is absolute heaven on earth. Beth was available if needed and was correct about us needing a four wheel drive (off the ground) vehicle to reach the cabin. We will definitely be back. Thanks Beth for providing us with a break from our hectic lives.

Off the Beaten Path
4 Seasons Cabin was a wonderful and relaxing place to "get away from it all!" Beth was a wonderful host and in constant communication throughout the stay. The cabin had everything that we needed for our 5 night stay. We really enjoyed being able to use the canoe, paddleboat and paddle boards down at the lake as well as the fishing rods. The path to the lake is a bit of a hike and is uphill on the way back. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and watching the rain showers and the overall peace and quiet! We would recommend to anyone who wanted to relax and enjoy nature.
