"We brought our 16 year old grandson to introduce him to the Va Creeper. The unit is part of a big house, but it was very spacious and private for us. It has a screened-in back porch which was wonderful for bringing our bikes in for security; it was a great place to relax in the evening - we could hear the river which was about a block away. "Great place directly across the road from Creeper Trail/AT. The house had everything we needed and no problem getting checked in. Damascus is a great town with hiking and restaurants. The house was basically very clean except for some of the fine details - baseboards and things like that. We'd stay again in a heartbeat and recommend this cute house to anyone."
