"We really loved the location because it was close to everything the amount of space was great for our family, but I was not happy with the house and the condition it was in, we had a lot of issues in the house, the plumbing was backing up into the pipes and rooms were over flowing with sewerage, it smelled really bad, when it stormed some of the rooms off the pool were flooding as well, there was dirty dishes left under sink and garbage in the dressers. "What a great house. Perfect for a family or friends. Plenty of space to separate and lots of outdoor area to eat or play cards or swim. Ricky is an excellent host. The communication was excellent and he answered my questions quickly. The location is excellent as it takes a quick 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Can’t thank Ricky enough for a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to come back. "

"This is a very nice property for a relaxing vacation. It is about an hour from the airport and San Juan near the small town of Cidra, which has some restaurants, stores, and a nice supermarket. The home is spacious with 5 bedrooms. The pool is great, maintaining a temperature in the mid 80s in the morning and low 90s by evening. The hot tub is slightly warmer. The showers use solar heating so they are cold in the morning but hot in the evening. The kitchen has what you need for the most part....

"Gio the house manager was very professional and attentive. If we had a question or needed something done right away, he was on top of it. Definitely loved working with him and his team! The teenagers loved the turf soccer field and got a lot of use out of playing on it. Overall, it was a good experience."
