"Hotel De Cielo is a wonderful property. At the foot of the Andes mountains it offers amazing views, My wife and I booked it because we were heading into the mountains the following day. We, however, were completely unprepared. We didn't have any food for the night because we had counted on finding something nearby. When we got to Hotel de Cielo we found that their kitchen was closed for lunch (their regularly scheduled day off). The staff quickly jumped into action and prepared us a meal and gave us a bottle of wine. It was awesome. Our accommodation was beautiful. The night sky was beautiful and we met several world travelers like ourselves and we had an interesting conversation around dinner. Exceptional place and people."

"Great location on the edge of the mountains. Restaurant on site with patio overlooking the river - good selection of typical Argentinian dishes. Lodge comfortable and a good size for 2 people. Other lodges close by, but not overlooked due to the layout. Only stayed one night but could have easily stayed longer "

"We truly loved our stay and time in the mountains. It is not easy to get to if you want to be in mendoza but being in the mountains was one of our favorite experiences in Argentina. The views were spectacular, there is a pristine stream and lake nearby that truly makes the trip for nature lovers. The property is cute and has what you need. Staff was attentive and there is a restaurant next door where we had our breakfast included, and for dinner we had what we needed with a bottle Of Malbec of course! Great for the price. "
