Summary:
Located in the Victorian Spa town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea on the North Yorkshire coast, The Milton is a beautiful three-bedroom apartment with plenty of style. The perfect getaway for couples, small groups of friends and families, the apartment has everything you could need for a staycation close to the sea.

The Space:
The Milton has a welcoming and homely open plan kitchen, living and dining area. With a large sky pod window and floor to ceiling arched window, light floods the space to create a bright and airy feel.

The cosy living area includes a sofa, two matching armchairs and a huge flat screen TV so it’s perfect for relaxing. Fully equipped with modern appliances, the kitchen has everything you could need to make the most of your self-catering stay. The dining area includes a breakfast bar with velvet bar stools.

Two bedrooms in the apartment boast king size beds, while the third bedroom is home to a single bed. All beds are made up with plush bedding and premium bed linens to ensure you have the best sleep possible. The master bedroom also features a flat screen TV so you can enjoy lazy mornings in bed with a coffee.

The bathroom has a bathtub, walk-in shower, WC and basin.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Free on street parking is available along the whole of the street and no permit is required.

The Neighborhood:
The Milton is located in the charming Victorian Spa town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea on the North Yorkshire coast.

Located in the heart of the town, the apartment is only a short walk from the beach and lower promenade. Take the oldest functioning cliff lift in the UK down to the promenade and you’ll arrive at the 208-metre pier which stretches out into the sea. The long sandy shores are overlooked by colourful boutique beach huts and high cliffs tower in the distance. The Milton is close to all local amenities including independent shops, bars, restaurants and bistros.

Saltburn has plenty of beautiful walks too. The Valley Gardens are a maze of paths and tracks which wind through the flowers and woodland. If you want to explore further, The Cleveland Way National Trail is over 100 miles long and the lovely Saltburn is featured. If you fancy a 17.5 mile jaunt, start at Saltburn and walk your way to Sandsend. This walk is a great way to explore the North Yorkshire coastline and the views are beautiful!

Getting Around:
The Milton is within walking distance of all that Saltburn has to offer and within 30 minutes’ drive time of Staithes, Whitby, Middlesbrough and the North Yorkshire Moors.

Saltburn Train Station is a short walk away and has routes to Longbeck, Redcar, Middlesbrough and Darlington with connecting trains to Newcastle, York, Leeds, Manchester and London.

There are plenty of bus routes throughout Saltburn. Hop on the Arriva North East route and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Staithes, Runswick Bay and Whitby. The Moorsbus route has drop offs at Newton Under Roseberry, Great Ayton, Stokesley and Helmsley.
