The Space:
Stone Row has been recently redecorated to the highest standard so you can expect lovely interiors and furnishings throughout.
Once inside the property, you’ll be welcomed into the first of two living rooms on the right-hand side of the hallway. With neutral tones, a sofa, and an armchair, this space feels snug and welcoming. Adorning the walls are pictures referencing the local area and you’ll notice nods to Skinningrove history with sailing ornaments. A home from home, you can cuddle up with your loved ones and enjoy quality time together. There is a TV with Freesat and streaming apps so you can keep on top of your favourite shows during your stay.
A great place to socialise, the room across the hallway acts as a dining room and second living space. The dining table is at the front of the space. With matching wooden dining chairs, the dining area is both contemporary and comfortable. A comfy sofa sits at the back of the space and faces the dining area making it ideal for relaxing with a post-meal coffee.
With navy blue cabinets and smooth white worktops, the kitchen is shaker in style and seriously stylish. Fully equipped for all stays, the kitchen boasts a fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, oven, hob and toaster.
Head upstairs to the first floor and you’ll find two bedrooms and the main bathroom.
With a boutique hotel feel, the first bedroom is spacious and stylish, while maintaining a traditional element. There are beams on the ceiling and a cool, orange-coloured wall. You’ll enjoy your nights’ sleep at Stone Row as the super-king size bed boasts the finest quality bedding and linens. Ideal for family holidays, the bed can also be split into two singles upon request prior to your stay.
The second bedroom also has a traditional cottage feel with beamed ceilings, wooden flooring features and a window looking out the quiet street below. The comfy king size bed has plush bedding and crisp linens. There is ample storage space as the room has matching chests of drawers and bedside tables.
There are eight pillows across both bedrooms, two of which are extra supportive.
With blue, beamed walls and silver fittings throughout, the bathroom is an ultra-clean and stylish space. It boasts a free-standing bathtub, handheld shower, WC and basin.
A second bathroom can be found located off the ground floor landing space. This space features a walk-in shower, WC and basin.
Outside is a spacious, attractive, private courtyard. Here you’ll find an outdoor dining area, along with additional seating and tables.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to Stone Row are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to your stay.
Free on-street parking is available around Skinningrove via a permit which is provided. Full details will be provided prior to your stay.
Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome to stay at Stone Row per reservation but we ask that dogs are not left unattended at the property. Please advise our team prior to check in if you wish to bring dogs with your for your stay.

Spanning around 110 miles, it offers hikers breathtaking vistas, historic sites, and a memorable journey through nature and history. When staying in Skinningrove, you’ll have easy access to the section of this coastal path running between Saltburn and Staithes.
Getting Around:
Skinningrove is less than a 15-minute drive to Saltburn-by-the-Sea and Staithes. While Whitby is 30 minutes away and Scarborough is less than an hour away by road.
The closest train station to Skinningrove can be found in the nearby town of Saltburn. From here, there is regular direct rail access to Redcar, Middlesbrough, Northallerton, Thirsk, York, Leeds, Huddersfield and Manchester, as well as Manchester Airport.
There are regular bus services operating in Skinningrove offering easy access into Saltburn, Whitby, Redcar and Middlesbrough.
