Staithes has undeniable charm; this village huddles around the shoreline, with little fishing boats sailing out from the harbour. Runswick Bay is gorgeous, with sweeping golden sand, perfect for a scenic stroll while taking in the fresh sea breeze. Whitby is just a 30-minute drive away, a seafaring town with a fascinating history and an abbey overlooking the cobbled streets lined with independent shops and quirky cafés for you to explore, this place really has it all!
