Tasteful, private accommodation set in five acres of sunny farmland overlooking the picturesque Mansell Valley with vineyard and a variety of wildlife.

Central location, 5 minutes from Ganges yet situated in open countryside with forest and field trails directly from property.

Completely self contained and private, the cottage is not overlooked by any other property. Tranquility Cottage sleeps 2 - bedroom with queen-size bed. Large, covered deck and BBQ. Private hot tub for your complete relaxation. Outdoor fire pit (subject to island burning restrictions in the dry season). DVD with a selection of movies and a CD player. Fully-equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Bathroom with bath and shower. Washer/dryer. Welcome basket.

SPECIAL OPPORTUNITY: The owner is a sound therapist and a relaxing sound spa session can be organized for you during your stay if you should so wish. The healing sound instruments bring a unique flavour to this amazingly tranquil space.

A nice quiet getaway on an artistic island! The owners have a model railway on site that they are proud to show, as well as the Inner Healing Sound Spa. My wife and I enjoyed both events. The island is beautiful and easy to drive around. Lots of crafts and artists. A few minor things could be updated on the property, however all in all it was very satisfactory.

Home away from home
Nice private cottage in a great location. Had all the amenities required and we loved the hot tub. As mentioned before in some of other reviews it’s needs a deep clean, windows, curtains washed etc to make it shine. Garden around house need to be tidied up and trimmed up a bit to make it feel more loved.

Cute little cottage
We had a lovely quick stay at this little cottage. Communication for booking was quick and easy. The place had everything we needed. The fridge was small but held everything we needed it to. The hot tub was nice. The surroundings were very peaceful and relaxing. It could have used a bit more of a freshening before our stay but it didn't impact our stay. Great area.

Salt Spring get away

Simple, homey, great value. The cottage had everything we needed for a quiet getaway and is well located as a base to explore the island. Beautifully private and surrounded by nature. We appreciated the robes for the hot tub!

Connect and unwind
We had a marvoulous stay. It is so peaceful with all the ammenities thought of. A wonderful place to unwind after a day exploring the island. Take off your hiking boots, kick back and have a fire in the forrest, then a dip in the hottup surrounded by trees. Loved how private it was. Feels like camping but with luxery. 100 percent reccomend! We will be back!

Peaceful Haven in Nature
Kim and Philip’s cottage is such a quaint little cottage in the woods, just as described. Checkin was super easy and we felt well taken care of. Hot tub was clean and at the perfect temperature every night, and there was a great dvd, CD and games collection too! The holiday decorations were also a really nice touch. Thanks again! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a simple and peaceful getaway on Saltspring.

Amazingly relaxing and tranquil and beautiful. We slept for almost 12 hours the first night! Loved the hot tub and everything about the cottage. Kim was very responsive and even mailed the small items we forgot (thanks again!)

Perfect little cottage on the hill.
This was absolutely fabulous little cabin. Well equipped with everything you need for a stay on the island. Beautiful veranda with shelter from the sun or the rain where you can sit and watch the world go by. We would absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone heading to the island. Easy to find, very central to north or South Island. This was just a really great getaway for my husband and I!

A lovely cottage set in nature, very private and with all you need. There is wifi but no cable tv and that was actually really nice and quiet. Lots of reading! And very relaxing! Kitchen and bathroom had everything you need. A little perfect spot on a beautiful island!

We had a nice time at this rustic cottage. The highlights were definitely the quiet location and hot tub. It was a nice cozy stay. Only complaint would be the cleanliness. There was spiderwebs in a few places and a lot of the dishes/cups were dirty.
