This plant-filled apartment comes equipped with a stocked kitchen to cook, fiber optic internet, a 40” flat screen TV with apple TV (access to Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc.), queen bed in the bedroom and sofa with full size pull out bed, pull-up garage parking, and outdoor bbq. Whether you are visiting the city from out of state or looking for a staycation you will enjoy this apartment full of natural design elements for a peaceful getaway while in the city.

The city is full of dining options that will satisfy any foodie or anyone looking for good food and a fun atmosphere. There are many attractions nearby, museums, beautiful architecture, outdoor shopping, quirky boutiques, SLC award winning library, Temple Square gardens, Red Butte Gardens, the event center, the Gateway entertainment mall, Hogle Zoo, and a short drive to our breathtaking mountains with countless hikes and trails to explore.

***No elevator and 3 flights of stairs are required to get to apartment.

Note**garage space is appx 6'5" clearance. Not suitable for larger trucks, SUV's, or cars with a lift or large rack on top.
One pull-up garage space is available as well as street parking. There are plenty of ways to get around such as bike sharing/rentals, public transportation and ride share.

Animals
ALL animals must be approved prior to your arrival. Animals are allowed with a $25 fee per animal. You must include in your communication of your stay that you are bringing an animal so that the pet deposit and fee can be added to your stay.

Cute design! Amazing location!
We adored the interior design of this bright & comfortable unit, and it was a great place to snuggle up on the couch and watch a movie. The location so close to downtown, the Creek City Center, mormon temple, Memorial Grove, the LGBTQ neighborhood, and everywhere we needed to go was more than perfect. Yes the bedroom & bathroom are pretty small in this historic 1920s building, but it was fine for a few days. Looks like the building was recently renovated, and the air conditioning is strong! The garage is small and tight for today’s cars, so heed that warning. :)

Sweet little apartment in excellent location
This little apartment had everything we needed for our 3 night stay in Salt Lake City. Easy access to both the university and downtown sites. Walking distance to the temple and parks. Quiet neighborhood. Melanie, our host, was very attentive.

A pleasant studio with great location
The place is 3/4 mile of pleasant walking to Temple Square or a shopping district with Trader Joe's and others. The apartment is clean, well refurbished and quiet. I had an enjoyable stay.

Cute, Comfortable, and Perfect Location
This was our second stay at this apartment. We love it! It is just the right size for my husband and I. It is clean and comfortable. It is our go-to place to stay when we travel to Salt Lake City. It’s not too far from the freeway and close to lots of entertainment and shopping and its only a 5 minute drive to Wise Guys Comedy Club. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

We didn’t stay here.
The smell of vinegar was so strong we couldn’t stay and had to get a hotel for the night. Host didn’t respond in a timely manner so we left. When host did respond she said we could open the windows and air out the apartment. It was too hot to do that anyway. Cleaning staff didn’t get the sheet finished and host instructed us to get them out of the dryer. TV had been cleaned with something that left a film on it. Host also said we could cancel but wouldn’t be refunded. Host later said she would refund cleaning fee since we didn’t stay.

Clean, easy to access
This is about a 15 minute walk from the center of town, which is lovely. There was a definite drug and homeless issue between the two, so after dark was not the best. The unit was very clean and equipped. The bedroom and bathroom were very small, so that was a little challenging with 2 people getting ready. Working with the owner was smooth and painless. We took our owwn Roku and accessed our own streaming content easily. The wifi was good.

Cute, great location
Had a great stay for 2 parents and a 16 year old daughter checking out the University of Utah. The apartment is in a nice residential neighborhood between the university and downtown salt lake. Everything is a short drive away. Although the building is old, the apartment has been recently updated and is bright, clean and cozy. Off street covered parking was a plus. One minor point is that the space is pretty small with only space for the bed in the bedroom. With three of us staying there it was hard to find space for luggage to sit. Still, we’d gladly stay there again.

Needs a deep clean
The apartment is in a nice, quiet location. However the baseboard were dirty, and there was thick dust around all of vents/fans. The garage was dirty with garbage. Not 5 star for cleanliness in general. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen is new and good sized. Overall a nice stay.
