Fabulous and homey!
We had a fantastic stay! Hated to leave. Enjoyed our stay at this property immensely! It was very clean and charming. Our host Vera, her son, and his wife Debbie as well as Tammy were just the best. Loved our interactions! They made our stay that much more amazing!!! This property was a great location..very central to all that we drove to. Would definitely stay here or any other property they host the next time we come back to Salt Lake!!!! Thank you all💕♥️

Central Location Convenient to both City & University of Utah
The vintage property is well kept and offers all the amenities advertised and photographed including three modern TVs, Keurig coffee maker and supplies, and a complete kitchen. There is a covered deck off the living room looking across 7th East towards the U of U and mountains that is a great place to start your morning. The entrance for parking is the only challenging aspect of the property and was accentuated by the parking of a car by a neighbor tightly to the narrow entrance; this meant a tight turn off a busy street and blocked the view of traffic on the street when exiting. Just a little extra caution required. The parking in the rear of the building is a dedicated slot that is shaded most of the day, so that was a nice aspect. There are coin-operated commercial washers and dryers in the common basement that was very welcome; the host even provides cleaning pods. Very nice place and very thoughtful host!

Nice Place
We were in town for a convention. This place was nice, clean and has a large living area. We only had to walk a couple of blocks to catch the Trax to ride to the Delta Center. The beds were comfortable.

More run down than photos show
I was debating about staying here or a smaller but newer place and I wish I would have gone with the newer property. The kitchen was beautifully redone, but the rest of the property was quite dilapidated. The other tenants and the neighborhood is quite noisy and it was difficult sleeping. Also, you are not given the code until the exact check-in time which is unusual in my experience staying at vrbos. It was very clean and much cheaper than a hotel.

Great value for a spacious apartment in a historic 4-plex! Lovely balcony, roomy living room/dining room, spacious kitchen make for a great place to stay and relax! Very clean. Convenient to restaurants, stores and the heartbeat of SLC! We'll be staying here again! Thank you, Vera & team!

Very nice vacation home
I brought my own pots and pans however I didn’t need to the place had all my needs anything I brought was extra… Vera was very compassionate and will recommend if you are in Salt Lake City chose there!
