THIS IS BY FAR THE NICEST UNIT AT CANYON RACQUET CLUB, AND PERHAPS THE BEST SKI RENTAL IN COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS. Perfect for family gatherings and events. Table seating for 16, though we do not allow parties or events.

Our ski home is HUGE and SPACIOUS, and will make your vacation memorable. Four bedrooms and a loft with king, queen and twin beds.

The pictures and reviews say it all. 3,000 square feet, 20 minutes from the airport, 15 to 20 minutes to 4 world class ski resorts, 3 minutes from I-215, 35 minutes to Park City.

Quiet beautiful home in SLC
Our first trip to Utah was wonderful, and this home helped enhance our stay. The home is very quiet, and is well appointed with everything we needed. The hot tub is relaxing, and the location is very convenient. We’d recommend this home to anyone wishing a quiet, relaxing stay in Salt Lake City, and we hope to return and stay here again.

This is the place to stay!
We stayed here for a couple nights to go to Super Cross at Rice Eccles stadium. This home has everything you need for a get away. It was clean, in a quiet neighborhood with restaurants and stores close by. We loved the decor and appreciated the attention to detail for guests to enjoy their stay. Kellie, the manager, was very quick, polite and friendly answering any questions we had. We will stay here again for sure.

Multi-Guest Ski Vacation
This was a great place for our ski trip. We had several waves of friends and family come visit us as we made this our home-base for several weeks. Everything was clean and fresh, the kitchen was great, the common area was relaxing, and the hot-tub was clean and hot! A bonus is the fact that this home is within walking distance to several delicious and fun restaurants.

Great stay
We had a great stay at this property. All of the finishes are nice and the high ceilings creates more space in the common areas and in the master bedroom. There is some very nice photography as well that is a great touch. Overall the instructions were very clear for accessing and staying at the property.

Perfect property, perfect location
We loved our stay and fully enjoyed the house. The kitchen was stocked, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms very clean with soft towels, and the fireplace was heavenly. We skied Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Sundance and found all to be an easy commute. We would definitely rent here again.

Great for a Family ski trip
Great property for a family ski trip with easy access to UT's best resorts. Very comfortable and works well for longer stays when some need to work remote. Easy access to grocery store and eateries. Love the Sonos sound system, hot tub and garages.

Great location!
The property was really accessible to Alta and Snowbird, and it was also relatively close to Brighton and Solitude. The layout of the house was a bit of a maze (four or five flights of stairs with each bedroom and the main living space all on distinct levels). Some of the bedrooms are small, but the overall experience was awesome. The owner was also very responsive and easy to deal with.

My family had a great ski vacation at this condo. Working with Stacey the property manager was a breeze. She was helpful and stayed in touch throughout our stay. The location is perfect for access to Brighton or Solitude, and Alta or Snowbird are easy too. The property was clean, well maintained, and layout was great for a family with kids and grandparents staying all together. Would happily stay here again.

Fantastic place in great local
Located between the entrances to Big and Little Cottenwood Canyons, this is a great find. Fantastic accommodations. Only five of us but the place could have easily held twelve. Place was huge and very clean and well arranged. Host was tremendous. Everything was clearly spelled out and he even provided recommendations for dining, skiing and shopping.

Utah Cottonwood Heights Townhome
A modern, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped townhome convenient to various Salt Lake City ski areas. The kitchen includes all essential cooking equipment and spices. A large hot tub, gas fireplace and gas grill were often used. The master suite and bathroom were luxurious.

Best place we've ever stayed!
This is a new lovingly cared for personal home that doesn't look like a rental property at all. (If this were my home I'd want to keep it all to myself...) It is clean, well appointed, SPACIOUS, and has every amenity you would want/need. The owner and property manager are incredibly friendly and super easy to work with. I can't imagine a better place to stay in the Salt Lake area. We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful location for ski vacation!
This was our first time skiing at Alta and Brighton and the vacation home location was ideal! It was so convenient to 4 great ski resorts (Brighton, Solitude, Alta and Snowbird), as well as restaurants, a grocery store, and ski rental shops. Additionally, the home was very spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity our group of 6 could ask for. Being there over the Christmas holiday, a festive Christmas tree decorated the open living room where we gathered after dinner, which we appreciated. Both the owner and manager answered all our questions and provided helpful information prior to and during our stay in a timely manner- greatly appreciated! We had a lovely vacation, hope to return to this wonderful vacation home in the near future, and highly recommend this vacation home in Cottonwood Heights, UT.

Everything we needed for a wonderful ski vacation!
This was a perfect place to stay, close to the canyons, plus grocery stores and restaurants. We ended up cooking in more than we thought we would because no one wanted to leave this great house. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was tons of space and privacy for two families. Loved the hot tub and game table. You thought of everything. Thank you for making our ski trip perfect, the 3' of fresh powder also helped!

Wow, Super Value. Our gro...
Wow, Super Value. Our group had a great time. This place is super clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! Everyone marveled at how convienient the location was. We stayed in most nights and cooked so the grill was fantastic! The owners are great, they really did go out of the way to make this one of the best vacations our group had ever taken. We will never come to SLC and stay anywhere else. Thanks so much, we will be back!

Fantastic Home for Family Vacation
The home was perfect for our extended family gathering. Very spacious and beautifully decorated, with each bedroom offering a lot of privacy. The kitchen was well equipped and the large great room was just right for having fun together with the games, sound system, and big TV. Jim the owner and Stacey the proper manager next door were very professional and made themselves available to answer questions and provide support. Perfect location for skiing or hiking in the Cottonwoods and only about 30 min from Park City and 20 min from downtown SLC. We would definitely stay here again!
