Welcome to the Salt Flat in Downtown Salt Lake. Perfectly located in the heart of downtown, you'll be able to quickly walk to concerts, Utah Jazz games, events, and more. The Gateway Mall is just a block away. Amazing dining and food options surround you. Located at the Warehouse complex which is a converted grain mill, you'll have a unique modern-industrial feel when you stay at the Salt Flat. Many of the things that made the Warehouse area unique are still here; the original entry door (now updated with an RFID system) greets you on arrival. Take the elevator to the third floor and walk past the original grain shoot on your way to your flat. Use the digital lock and enter your home for the weekend. Stainless steel appliances, updated flooring, bold artwork, and brick all combine for a modern industrial feel. Guest will enjoy a comfortable King one bedroom and a Queen in the other. Serviced with Xfinity High Speed Internet and Cable, you can relax after a fun day of exploring the city. Salt Lake City's famous ski resorts, Deer Valley, Alta, Snowbird, and Brighton are just a quick drive away (~30 miles). Park City, the largest ski resort in the US is only about 45 minutes away. Horrific check in
Had to miss the first 3 quarters of the jazz game because the property management company didn’t give me the check in code to the actual unit just the gate. Not only that but the address on the listing was incorrect which created another nightmare just finding the place. Absolute mess of a situation.

Great Place BUT
When we arrived, we had no way of getting into the gated parking (the fact that they have gated parking, though, is a PLUS!). Thankfully there was someone else behind us in their car who had a remote to enter so we got in. Next, when we got to our flat, it had not been cleaned. The bed looked like someone had just rolled out, there were used towels hanging in the bathroom, and dirty glasses on the counter and in the sink. BUT, we called the property management place and they responded right away and had the place 'cleaned' while we went out to dinner, and left us a remote for the parking gate. They did not however vacuum. They also refunded us $50. We felt they responded very well and can extend a bit of grace for a mistake. Over all, the place was well appointed, beautiful, comfortable, and there is a yummy bakery across the street for coffee/breakfast. it was a great 'city' experience and we loved the layout of the flat and the furnishings were fantastic. We would stay here again. One last thing: for the duration of our stay, there was vomit on the walk way outside of our apartment. This may not be the fault of this particular flat owner, but it was not lovely.

Classy warehouse condo with every possible amenity!
Loved the unique warehouse concept! This place easily accommodated 3 adults and 2 small dogs. Location was perfect for walking dogs and taking in sights. Eateries nearby too. I would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic stay
My only regret with staying here was that it was only 1 night. I wish we would have stayed 2 :)! The location was perfect. The accomodation was really spacious, chic, trendy flat - really relaxing and fully loaded. It was walking distance to the attractions - temple and the basketball arena. The space does have a dedicated parking stall included with the rental. The only tricky part was that you need to get the fob from the apartment (on the table in the basket) before you can open the car gate. Getting into the place was really straight forward and easy.. Our place was on the 3rd floor. There was an elevator but you had to enter a set of hallways to get to it. It was pretty cool but it was a tad bit of a distance but not too bad. Thanks so much for offer the place for rental!

Incredible location—tons restaurants and entertainment venues nearby. Check in was a bit wonky (we ran into others short term renters trying to figure it out—seems to be a recurring issue). Place had great style—very comfy and well equipped. Very clean overall (except shower was bit icky/needed some updating)

Great Condo, interesting building layout
Check-in was horrible because the VRBO app was not working, but emails to the property manager were timely. The Condo was great once I found it within the building as the condo is within an old factory. So the overall building layout was very interesting within the building. It was a very spacious layout and so much better than being in a hotel. Would definitely recommend.
