The property itself was lovely. Clean comfortable. Neighborhood has a lot of homeless and a motorcycle club across street. Strange area. We are an older couple and I probably should have investigated the area more thoroughly.

Fantastic experience
We had a fantastic experience staying here in SLC. The property is exactly as advertised…clean, comfortable, homey…all things good. The host is top notch…not only responsive to questions, but offered suggestions on local ideas for food and activities. If we are ever in SLC again, we would without a doubt stay here.

Fine Enough Place to Stay, Communication Needs Improvement
The property was fairly true to description besides an ant problem, which became more pronounced throughout the duration of our stay. The property managers send an excessive amount of automated emails and then do not read or respond to any correspondences from you, the consumer. A few correspondences went unacknowledged - one being my response and decline to an automated email about a "plant service" that is scheduled to come to the property if you are "booked for any Tuesday." Why wasn't this listed in the description? The experience ended on a sour note when several automated emails were sent about how we should leave mutual five star reviews. The communication was excessive but not responsive - if that's somehow possible - moreover, it was disingenuous.

This property was actually spot clean. I was worried it might smell like dogs, since pets are allowed...but Nope it didn't have any animal odors just clean and perfect!! The large, full kitchen and eating area were great. The en suite bathrooms off the 2 bedrooms upstairs was soo nice! The bed and comforter were sooo comfortable! Having a 2 car enclosed garage was such a perfect touch knowing your vehicles are safe. I highly recommend this property. Soo many extras.

Great condo, clean with all amentites and well equipped kitchen. Perfect location close to downtown and other areas with great food and only 40 min away from the ski slopes. Having access to closed private garage was a plus for storage of the ski gear.

Christmas in SLC
Loved our stay! The property was very clean and comfortable. The home was close to many locations and allowed us to walk to get lunch and coffee. The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for our Christmas dinner. Definitely stay here again!

This was a really nice property. Good location, comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms. The two car garage was a huge bonus for us, as we were moving our daughter into the dorms, and used the extra space as a place to stage all of her gear. Nice little coffee shop just a few steps away. Will definitely return here!

Stayed with my 17-year old son for USA Climbing Nationals. Property was as described. Nice and clean. Went to the coffee shop every morning. Only minor issue is nearby motorcycle club on weekend. Little loud on Friday and Saturday night. But otherwise it was a great stay. Thanks.

This modern apartment is located just perfect for walkable distance to the nightlife and center of SLC. There are many kitchen amenities. It's clean, nicely decorated, close to restaurants and grocery stores (by car). Communication worked very smoothly. We can recommend this spacious apartment and had a great time!

Perfect location
Four of us stayed at this fabulous townhouse. It was immaculate and beautifully furnished. The location was perfect for us and is very close to all the downtown sights and close to restaurants. There isn’t one thing I would change about this place. It was really nice having two master suites, each with their own bathroom. There is way more to see in SLC than I realized. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come.

This could not have been a better rental for my daughter & I!!! My son lives right around the corner & the area has so much to offer including some mountain views!
