Welcome to Union Woods - A beautiful home just minutes to Big & Little Cottonwood Canyons, 15 minutes to downtown Salt Lake, Temple Square and Salt Palace Convention Center. Perfect for family reunions, convention groups, travel groups, ski groups, large families, Young Living and doTERRA groups, corporate housing, temporary relocation housing, traveling executives, displaced families, and people in-between homes. You'll love this private park-side location with walking distance to restaurants, shops, and a city park with ball fields and pavilion. Enjoy world famous skiing and snowboarding at nearby Cottonwood Resorts (Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude). Convenient access to the freeway to downtown Salt Lake.

This home is dog-friendly, with a $100 fee per dog. No cats. If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please make the appropriate selection at check-out or inform us directly so that we may update your reservation accordingly. Maximum 2 pets allowed unless approved otherwise (please contact us for approval). Failure to notify us may result in a fine of $500. Great Location!
We loved the location of the rental as it was close to many ski resorts. It was a quick drive to Solitude and Brighton! The home was clear and had plenty of room for our family! We would stay here again!

Was a great house to use for vacation.
Overall was a great house to use for the holiday weekend. Bedrooms were large, full stocked kitchen allowed us to do some cooking, and even had a garage to park the cars in. Not super close to downtown, but there are restaurants and shopping in the area.

It's close to alot of restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was nice and peaceful. The property was clean. Some damages like paint and such...needs to be stated so people that stay aren't responsible for documenting.

UTAH SNOWBOARD TRIP
Check-In was questionable. Never did use the front door because we couldn’t figure out the lock and code number? We just went through garage everyday. The place itself was very nice with the exception that the TV didn’t work in the master bedroom which was disappointing. Hot tub was very nice! Great location to the slopes each day.

Great location with lots of room
This condo is in a great location, close to everything. We came for a ski trip and we’re not disappointed. There is lots of room for Several guests. Really appreciated the hot tub, which was needed everyday after skiing. The only thing recommended would be more laundry detergent provided for guests. We rent houses and condos a lot and this is the first time we had to buy/bring extra to do our laundry. Regardless, we’d stay here again. It is a great place.

Beautiful decor, it made me feel welcomed and when it was time to relax it felt like a comfortable hotel stay. All necessities were available from extra towels to cooking accessories. We loved the jacuzzi tub, and outdoor hangout, very private. That week was super hot in Utah and we truly enjoyed coming to a cool house. So satisfied, we would stay there again.

This place is beautifully decorated and in a great location. Everything was wonderful except the oven. After preheating for an hour it was only at 180! We wanted to rent a house to be able to cook but obviously we we’re definitely limited on our cooking without an oven. I emailed from the app but still have never gotten a response. Despite this inconvenience we would stay there again

It was okay
The master bedroom had bugs all over the window sills & in the master tub. The AC would not even allow you to go below 73, the propane tank to the BBQ was left open by a previous guest & empty. In the summer the loft area & bedroom next to it are far too warm to sleep in. So please don’t expect all guests to be equally comfortable.

Place was fine for our needs.
Well we had a miscommunication and ended up in the condo next door to the one we were supposed to be in. Some of my Emails had one address and some had the other so it was very confusing. The door code was the same for both places so we thought we were in the right place. Anyway it worked out ok. Some of the furniture needs to be replaced because it’s falling apart. Beds are very comfy! If you love the smell of pine sole this is your place because the smell is very strong. Could use some good smelling air freshener. We had a great time anyway!

Good location but Hot Tub was not available for the first 2 days of our stay
The property was generally as advertised. We discovered that the hot tub was in the 70’s when we went to use it after skiing. I reported the problem to the number provided. We checked in on Saturday and at 6 pm on Monday night the tub was still not usable. By the final night of our 4 night stay the hot tub was finally usable. I complained to the management company and when they finally got back to me they agreed that we had been inconvenienced by the hot tub not being usable for three of the four days of our stay. They offered us a 10% discount off of 1 night of our stay ( a refund of between $19.00 and change.). I think as kind of insulted by this offer. If you’re going to prominently advertise that you have a hot tub in can effort to attract skiers at your property you should make sure it’s functioning properly before it’s occupied and if it turns out that it’s not you should have it repaired the same day. I’ve rented through VRBO. all over the USA and this was the most disappointing rental I’ve encountered- other renters either took care of issue’s immediately or else provided an acceptable resolution to the problem - utahs vest did not.

Overall great time staying here with friends. Location was close to everything we needed, especially with Harmon’s right around the corner. Check-in wasn’t as seamless as other experiences due to the confusion in the property unit #, but communication was quick and we were checked in. Would stay here again!

Really Enjoyed It
This was a great property for our recent family trip to Salt Lake City. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores and local restaurants. Its central location made it easy to explore the area including downtown, Snowbird, and Park City. The management company was very responsive when we let them know the TV in the primary bedroom wasn’t working. They replaced it with a new one within a few hours.
