Newly Renovated Ski Home with Spa Close to Snowbird/Alta/Solitude/Brighton

Newly Remodeled. Luxurious 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath, 2 car garage fully furnished executive townhome. Ideally situated between Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, minutes from world-class skiing at Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude. There is a ski bus within walking distance and shopping, restaurants, and ski rentals are close by.

Our recently remodeled 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is over 2,800 square feet and is fully furnished with everything you need to have a relaxing stay. Some of the amenities include an eight person outdoor hot tub with over fifty jets, luxurious master bathroom with large soaking tub and walk in shower with dual rainheads, 50" HDTV with surround sound system in the living room, gas burning fireplace, washer and dryer, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, wireless internet, and a two car garage.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Our home can comfortably sleep 10 people. Each bedroom is generously sized with brand-new comfortable furnishings including 600 thread count sheets, down pillows, and duvets.

The over-size master bedroom features a king size bed, HDTV with DVD player, and a luxurious private bathroom with a large walk-in shower with 10" rainhead and hand shower plus a large separate soaking tub.

The two additional upstairs bedrooms share a luxurious bathroom with tub and 8" rainshower. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other has two double beds and a smart TV with streaming internet services.

The downstairs bedroom features a queen bed and HDTV with a full private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The bathrooms all feature 100% cotton oversized bath towels and hair dryers.

Indoor Living Area:
The house features comfortable furnishings for you to relax and unwind on after a hard day on the slopes and up-to-the minute technology (including free high-speed wireless internet) for all of your communication and entertainment needs.

The living room has a cathedral ceiling, a beautiful gas-burning fireplace with stone surround, and a really comfortable sofa and love seat. In addition, the living room has a 50' HDTV with a full surround sound system with cable, DVD, and Roku Media Player. In addition to access to a wide variety of streaming content and live TV, the living room has a free library of over 40 DVD movies for your enjoyment.

The house also features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, garbage disposal, small appliances, and cooking utensils. Other notable features include a dining room with seating for six, a breakfast nook with seating for four, and a full size washer and dryer.

Outdoor Living Area:
Our favorite feature of the home is our large secluded private deck with an eight person hot tub with over fifty jets and a gas grill.

Parking:
Parking at our home is easy with a two car garage with auto opener plus parking for two additional vehicles in the driveway.

The unit was exactly as advertised. Very spacious and clean. Convenient to both big and little cottonwood canyons. House was well equipped with appliances, towels, and bedding. All TVs worked and the hot tub was great after a long day of skiing. Info packet was detailed and helpful. Having the spacious garage worked well in inclement weather.

Our family met in Salt Lake City for a few days of skiing. This property was very comfortable and met all of our needs, and then some. It was a lot of space for the four of us, so if we rent it again we know there will be room for others to join us as well. The homes in the community are quite close together and we were grateful that this property backs up to a hill; it afforded privacy that other homes don’t have. Steve was very responsive and all the instructions were extremely clear and helpful, all in all, a great stay!

Truly feels “newly renovated”. Had everything we needed for a week of skiing in big and little cottonwood canyons. Lots of nice “little things”, like power strips by the beds so we could easily charge all our stuff. Big washer & dryer were very helpful. Had all the key kitchen gadgets to support cooking dinner for a week. Hot tub was great. Owner was extremely responsive. Highly recommend. Very comfortable for family of 6. Could easily be comfortable with up to 10 if people willing to share beds.

This place is super close to the LCC and BCC. We are big Alta skiers and spend want to be close. We use the kitchen a lot and this kitchen had the basics. The buildings are super close to one another so it does not feel very private, but there is a lot of space to spread out. My 2 big nits are it definitely needed more towels, the host was SUPER RESPONSIVE and actually sent an amazon box with towels the next day (get some kitchen towels too!) Id also suggest some additional blankets! It was clean, roomy and great host.

The location was very convenient to both canyons for skiing. The jacuzzi was great, quiet neighborhood and plenty of space. in the house. Everything was great for the most part and I would rent again for sure. Good price point. The master bed was good but I felt the other rooms had beds that were a bit squeaky. I am a bit of a bed snob though and my adult children said they were fine. Also, a little light on pans and cookware but sufficient. Overall, worth the cost and I would rent again in the future

The house had everything we needed for a week family ski vacation. We did a mix of eating in and out. Location is super convenient to ski resorts. Communication with the owner was easy and he quickly responded to any questions we had. House was clean, hot tub super nice after skiing. We will stay here again.

This house is in the best location for hitting all the ski resorts and has plenty of room for your large group. Modern appliances, hot tub, and loads of board games for evenings of fun! Would rent again!

Utah Ski Trip 2022
I recently stayed at this Cottonwood Heights home with 3 other guys on our annual "out west" ski trip. We had a fantastic time! We all had the Ikon Ski Pass which made the location superb for Alta/Snowbird and Solitude/Brighton, about a 20 minute drive, and to Deer Valley, about a 45 minute drive. The location is also close to several grocery stores and countless restaurants. We parked in the garage and the remote control made it very nice. Our group likes to cook our own meals on our ski trips. The kitchen was a bit small, but we were very pleased with the newer cookware, utensils, and cutlery. Plenty of dishes, coffee mugs, silverware, beer and wine glasses, but could use a set of juice sized/cocktail glasses. The stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster worked fine, and the Weber grill on the back patio was outstanding for our needs! The extra large hot tub was excellent after a day of skiing, and the newer washer and dryer were equally large and convenient. It was especially nice that we each had our own bedroom. I never heard any complaints from my friends regarding the mattresses. I was in the Master suite and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing that was a bit quirky to use was the TV and the various remote controls required to turn everything on, but we made it work by following the step-by-step instructions. The internet and WiFi was easy to connect to our devices and worked well. Steve was an excellent host and was very prompt and responsive on a couple of requests. I highly recommend this VRBO rental and would not hesitate to stay here again.
