If you are looking for a wedding or business retreat party venue, please request information and permission in advance.
Treat the Space Kindly: Weve put a lot of love into this home. Please treat it kindly, especially with children. Supervise them to prevent any accidental damage.
Shoes Off Inside: Please help us keep the place clean by removing your shoes inside.
No Eating Upstairs & Downstairs: Enjoy meals in the kitchen or dining areas to maintain a pest-free environment.
Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors and ensure everyone can enjoy their stay, we ask that you be considerate with noise levels starting at 9 PM. Our strict quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, during which we request that noise be kept to a minimumno loud conversations, music, or activities that can be heard outside. This helps maintain a peaceful environment for all. Thank you for your understanding!
Booking Age: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Phone Number for Booking: Please ensure that the phone number used for booking is the number of the main contact for your stay. Correspondence regarding your stay, including welcome information
and any necessary communications, will be initiated by our handyman, who will also be your primary contact during your stay.
Children's Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times, both indoors and outdoors
Outdoor Play: Please keep play confined to designated areas and avoid throwing items into the pool or non-play areas.
No Smoking, Vaping, or Unlawful Activities. Prohibited Actions: Smoking, vaping, and any illegal activities including marijuana, are not allowed on the property both indoors and outdoors.
No Pets Allowed
Arrival and Departure. Check-In: Begins at 5 pm. Check-Out: Please check out by 10 am. Late check-out fees are as follows: $100 for the first hour, $200 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time. These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply.
Parking: Driveway Parking. There are 5 parking spaces available in the driveway. Please use these spaces exclusively to park your vehicles. No street parking.
Hot Tub Usage Capacity and Hours: The hot tub can accommodate up to 15 people and is open from 7 AM to 10 PM. (Year Round)
Extra Guests Limits: Extra guests beyond the agreed number may incur fees or require you to vacate the property. Please indicate the number of guests when making your reservation.
Restricted Garage Access: The garage is for maintenance use only and is not available to guests.
