This property is in a nice building, and very nicely decorated. It is relatively close to Downtown Salt Lake City, with most of my favorite places within walking distance. The buildings seems secure, and it's nice to have parking included.
However, the bed is very uncomfortable, especially if you are sleeping with another person. The mattress is hard and you can feel every movement of anyone sleeping on it.
Additionally, bring your earplugs. The unit is right next to a very busy street. Cars pass all night long, so if you're a light sleeper, you likely won't be able to rest well.
Also, the check-in process is a little difficult to navigate. The host provides great instructions, but you have to park on a busy street to get the keys to let you in the garage. I had to make a few trips around the block to make this work. Then check-out is similar, but reversed.
For the price, I would have just paid for parking and stayed in a nice downtown hotel, if I had it to do again.
