No cleaning fees! Visitors love our comfortable beds. Covered backyard patio with Hot Tub, Traeger Smoker Grill and Gas BBQ.  Gourmet chefs kitchen stocked with spices, oils and baking supplies.  2 ovens, large island, 6 burner gas cooktop.   2 Dining Tables,  Large Family Room.  Hot tub on back patio, landscaped & fenced backyard, sports court with basketball hoop & pickle ball net. Fire pit with 10 outdoor chairs. Great for winter and summer visits to Utah.

SKIERS & SNOWBOARDERS: Great location near skiing at Alta & Snowbird Resorts (Brighton & Solitude are close as well).  11 min to the park and ride in little Cottonwood Canyon canyon ( the one in the actual canyon). From there it is 12 min to snowbird. 18 min to Alta. -It is 7 minutes  to the 9400 S. 2000 E. Park and Ride bus stop I recommend taking the bus from here up the canyon. -15 min to the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon (7-11 & Porcupine Pub). 

Grocery shopping, fantastic Indian, Mexican & Italian Restaurants and bars nearby.  Close to Starbucks & a local coffee shop. 6 minutes to Trader Joes.   Lots of activities within couple minutes drive, Movie Theater, Go Cart Racing, Bowling Alley, Living Planet Aquarium, South Towne Mall and  Expo Center, Mini Golf, Airborne Trampoline Center, 15 minutes to The Salt Lake County Equestrian Park, 2 Minutes to the Dimple Dell Regional Park.

Lovely and comfortable home!
This house was fantastic for our group of 10! It is great location to many Utah ski resorts and all the rooms were extremely comfortable. Loved the open living room and kitchen with optimal hang out area. And of course the hot tub is always great after a long ski day! Would absolutely stay here again.

SLC Stay
We absolutely loved the property. The outdoor space was just what we needed to be able to entertain and have fun while in town. The bedrooms were great size with plenty of room to spread out.

Perfect Location and Environment
The location of the home was fanatastic, close to shops and restruants but surprisingly quiet. The outdoor amenities such as the basketball court, pickleball court, and hot tub were loved by our entire group.

This was a lovely home for our week long stay. It was centrally located in Sandy and had easy access to the resorts nearby. Would definitely rent here again for future stays in SLC.

My friends and I loved this place! The hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after long days of skiing. The place was spacious and well cared for. Definitely recommend this for any one travelling to SLC area!

Beautiful house, great location!
A great house for our week stay! It’s clean with beautiful furnishings and stocked with anything you could possibly need! The location is perfect- close to the I-15 and a short drive to ski resorts. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond. Would highly recommend!

Perfect House for a Ski Trip Group
7 of us have an annual ski trip. This house was perfect for everyone to have their own space but also have incredible places for gathering and hanging out. The backyard with the grill, hottub and basketball court is a great bonus, as well as the huge garage for storing equipment. Can't recommend this place highly enough if you're doing a ski trip in the canyons.

Second Stay!
Our second stay at this VRBO was wonderful. The backyard with its sports court, pickleball, and basketball added a nice touch for family activities. The kitchen amenities were great and made cooking convenient. The dog-friendly yard was appreciated, providing a safe space for our pet. The owner was very responsive and helpful! I would highly recommend this property.

Two families stayed at this property for a spring break ski trip. The location to skiing was great! The house was well stocked with cooking supplies, toilet paper etc. Hot tub and basketball court were fun to have. Host was responsive. Beds were comfortable.

Great home in Sandy
We had two families who need quick access to the airport as well as easy access to Alta & Solitude, and this home was a great solution! Our host was attentive and helped when the hot tub wasn't hot and got it solved right away. The beds are comfy, and the house is a great size for two families of 8 with everything you need to cook dinner at home. We enjoyed the convenience of one car being able to park in the garage, too.

The house is nicely decorated and spacious. We found all the beds very comfortable and linens were soft and comfy. Kitchen was well appointed. Laundry room great for drying damp ski clothes. Hot tub is nice amenity. Host was prompt in addressing slight issues we had and check in was super easy. We would stay here again.

Wrestling Team stay
House was great , just as advertised . Plenty of room and everything was nice . The kids really enjoyed playing pickle ball in the back . The only think I would say could improve is the fire pit was either had empty fuel or just doesn’t work . That would have been nice to sit around the fire in the evening . It is set up perfect for it . Overall everything was awesome . I would stay again ,

Luxurious and Spacious
Our family had a fantastic time visiting SLC and surrounding areas. The house was absolutely beautiful yet inviting and welcoming. All the beds and bedding were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need away from home. The house had lots of room inside and out for all of us and the hot tub was great! I highly recommend this home if you are coming to the SLC area!
