Amenities are provided by the apartment complex for residents and their guests. The amenities are subject to being unavailable due to a variety of reasons including mechanical or technical breakdowns, maintenance, cleaning or upgrading work. Grand Road cannot guarantee the availability of any amenity as it is not in our control. We will do our best to communicate availability as soon as we have information.
**As a part of this listing there is a $250 security deposit that gets held on your credit card. The deposit gets automatically refunded to you after your stay. **

1. Golden rule: Treat our property how you’d like yours to be treated, and treat your neighbors how you’d like to be treated.
- Our floors and carpets are super clean. PLEASE REMOVE YOUR SHOES.
- Please be mindful when eating in the living room or bedroom. Clean up any spills and don’t leave food or dirty dishes out for long periods, to help keep our property pest-free.
- Quiet Hours are from 10 pm – 8 am.
2. You must be 25 years or older to book the apartment. As a part of this booking, we are required to get the photo ID of each guest in this building. Children are welcome! Children must always be under the supervision of an adult (18+).
3. NO SMOKING OR VAPING anywhere in the apartment or on complex property. NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OR ACTIVITY on the premises. There is a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence.
4. NO PETS, unless explicitly agreed upon. Minimum $200 fine.
5. Please follow our Check-In time of 4 pm and Check-Out time of 10 am. Guests who do not check on time may be charged $50 in hourly increments, at the discretion of Grand Road.
You can apply for early check-in or late check-out; if granted, the fee is $30 dollars.
6. Damage / Loss: If you damage or lose anything, please let us know so we can repair or replace it.
- LOST KEY FOB is $100.
- LOST GARAGE SENSOR IS $150.
- LOST PARKING PLACARD $25
- If we need to replace linens or towels due to damage, there is a minimum fee of $30.
- Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge.
7. You are welcome to entertain up to 2 guests per apartment, but please respect your neighbors.
- NO PARTIES. If you want to have more guests, contact Grand Road to rent a common area for entertainment and hosting a larger group.
- If you have an unapproved party, there is a minimum fine of $1000. You also agree to pay any additional fines associated with the party, that may be levied on Grand Road by the apartment management and/or other authorities.
8. All overnight guests must be included in the booking. If you have an additional guest, contact us, or make an alteration request and we’ll be happy to include them in the platform prices.
- Overnight guests not included in the booking are subject to additional nightly fees of $50 per guest.
- More than 4 guests staying overnight in the apartment are subject to a $100 fine PER PERSON.
9. Resident amenities such as the pool, gym, conference & common areas, etc., may be unavailable due to maintenance, repair, or other reasons at the sole discretion of apartment management. All guests acknowledge that Grand Road does not control the availability of the complex’s amenities and guests are not entitled to refunds or discounts based on availability of amenities.
10. Grand Road or the apartment management may enter the property in cases where it is urgently necessary to maintain/repair the property, address a safety issue, or comply with local, state, or federal law. Otherwise, Grand Road and apartment maintenance will seek & receive permission from the guest before entering.
11. DO NOT CONTACT THE APARTMENT COMPLEX MANAGEMENT FOR ANY REASON, they will only work with us.
