Excellent place and the host was great!
After completing the booking, the host contacted me with a welcome message with complete details of our stay including driving directions. The place is very clean and in a great location. I highly recommend this property and host. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location!
I was visiting for a weekday ski trip and this place was excellent! Checkin was smooth, the property was perfect for what I needed and it was within 30 minutes of the resorts. Host is an excellent communicator and I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in SLC.

Christine made a good stay great by being so informative & available. The description is accurate & honestly, a bit modest in my opinion. The apartment was very clean upon arrival. The neighborhood is very quiet, which is something I highly appreciate as I'm in the area often for medical purposes. We all loved this apartment & hope to stay again.

Convenient stay in a beautiful area!
My husband and I enjoyed our 3 night stay in this apartment above the garage--with its own garage for parking your car and entrance to the apartment. There are plenty of amenities in the kitchen and we loved the beautifully decorated and lovely space! We will be back!

Beautiful Property. Very clean, user friendly, comfortable bed and furnishings and in a fantastic location- close to the freeway and anywhere you may want to visit. The property is quiet and Christine is a gracious hostess. Will definitely come again!

Great ski vacation
We stayed here for two weeks for a ski vacation and really enjoyed it. Easy access to both Cottonwood canyons and even Deer Valley wasn't that far. Good privacy, we didn't see or hear the owners during our stay. It was nice to have a garage to park in. The owner is incredibly nice and even left us fresh baked cookies during our stay. Saw antlered deer in the back yard. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. Looking forward to staying here again.

Lovely!
This is a lovely, quiet apartment above your own private garage in one of Salt Lake’s nicest areas. Quiet, clean, really nice soaps, lotions, linens, etc. Well supplied kitchen with modern appliances. We’re seniors and appreciated having “normal” cable TV and easy access to all of east Salt Lake. Christine is very easy to communicate with and we loved our two weeks!

Long weekend
Host was very prompt with communications and made us feel very welcome. Accommodations exceeded expectations. We were able to prepare meals in the apartment rather than eating out for every meal. There is a garage and separate entrance, so plenty of privacy if that is important to you. This place is perfect for a couple. I highly recommend!

We found this place to be perfect for our road trip from Oregon to Colorado and back. We stayed here both times passing through. Having the private garage space was amazing to unload necessary items and leave others out overnight.

We were very comfortable in the apartment! The host was very responsive the couple times we needed to ask questions. The apartment is well appointed. The neighborhood is very quiet, but within east driving distance of good restaurants and the area’s activities.

COZY! LOVELY NEIGHBORHOOD
Outstanding stay in a Cozy neighborhood. Deer, fowel, and trees across the property with a picturesque mountain backdrop, but only a 5 minute drive to Walmart. Garage parking, so no shoveling or cleaning snow from the car!

Wonderful Place!
This is a wonderful place to stay. The apartment is exactly as the pictures show. It is well decorated, well appointed, and impeccably clean. Communication with the owner is as easy as can be, and always timely. I highly recommend, though I know doing so may result in its unavailability for my next visit.

Fantastic apartment! Amenities were good. Having a warm garage to keep car out of the elements and a place to dry out ski gear was great. Holladay location was very convenient to skiing, shopping and SLC. Only negative was there was no Wi-Fi but owner stated they were working on it. Highly recommend and would stay again.
