Conveniently located recently renovated charming four-bedroom home is the perfect place to unwind from your busy day or venture out to explore one of Salt Lake's most eclectic nearby neighborhoods. Fully furnished with an eye for detail, treat yourself to our beautiful home as you explore the many reasons why so many have come to love our city and the vast array of outdoor experiences it offers.

Located in the heart of Salt Lake City you will find our highly sought after neighborhood. The tree-lined streets have wide sidewalks that are perfect for strolling, and the laid-back vibe of the neighborhood invites you to stay awhile. The neighborhood is full of brick bungalows and other charming, pre-World War II-era homes. Liberty Park, offering 80 acres of play space is just a few blocks to the West, to the North and also within walking distance, you will find the 9th & 9th commercial district a bustling community with restaurants, shops, and movie theater.
Living Area is accessed directly up five steps from your off street covered parking area. Basement area, down fourteen steps, includes bedrooms number three and four, as well as your second bathroom and large laundry area.

Loved staying here! I would highly recommend. Everything was neat and clean and the beds were definitely more comfortable than a hotel. My only complaint/ hesitation is that the stairs were very steep. So if you have anyone in your party that cannot climb a ladder I’m not sure this is the fit. But, there were two bedroom ms upstairs that would also be perfect. Each room had a closet that had hangers. I felt like they anticipated all of our needs which was appreciated. Highly recommend!

Not a great experience
The biggest issue was the house was dirty. The common areas had been swept and the sheets and towels appeared clean. However, the laundry room was disgusting with random things shoved into cupboards. Every shelf was grimy, especially in the kitchen. Shelves had to be cleaned before dishes could be replaced. The oven was so dirty it was pretty much useless. The area underneath the burners had not been cleaned in years as there were multiple layers of grime that had built up. There were no potholders or dishcloths and only one dish towel. The dishes were ok, but the limited pots and pans had seen better days. There were cookie sheets and baking pans in the drawer underneath the oven that were so disgusting they were unusable. We ended up buying disposable pans and paper plates along with cleaning supplies and cleaning ourselves. The second biggest thing was the thermostat. There were no written instructions provided, and it is not intuitive. It kept overriding any time we tried to adjust. Therefore, the temperature ran very hot and very cold. Other issues: Shower in downstairs bathroom clogs, resulting in standing water. Spider webs, no switch or wall plates in laundry room, towel holder in downstairs bathroom broken, can opener so old and bad it was dangerous, stairwell railing into basement is broken at the bottom. Owners were fairly communitive the first couple of days but gave inadequate help and then failed to respond. Beds were comfortable, nice TVs and location

Old home that is great for a big group
This old home was was cute and big enough for our group of 8. It is only a 12 minute drive to the convention centers andsupermarkets are just down the street. It does need updating, but the layout upstairs was perfect for all of to sit aroundand talk.
