Great Spot
The stay was wonderful. The listing was exactly as described. It worked perfect as I had to be in town for two weeks for work. It was great to settle in and very comfortable spot. The only issue was the keypad outside wasn’t working when I went to check in and with that not working I had to wait for someone to exit the property so I could enter. This had nothing to do with the host it was a technology issue

Great location, clean & quiet
This place was the best of all worlds. Great location, close, but not too close to downtown. Very clean and quiet location. The Avenues has all the amenities you need. We spent 4 nights and didn’t have any problems at all. Easy secure parking is great. Will definitely look up again when back in Salt Lake City!

We stayed here while dropping my son off at the University of Utah. I loved the secure garage, where we were able to park our car, filled with his stuff, overnight. The condo was clean, quiet and safe and the area was great.

Amazing property in fantastic location!
Alex was incredibly communicative, friendly, and attentive. The unit is in an awesome, modern apartment complex that's quiet, clean and beautiful. The room was comfortable, well-stocked with essentials and just so thoughtfully decorated. Now, let's talk about the location! Just WOW!!!! The lower Avenues are close to everything and so walkable. Highly recommend staying here, if you're in SLC!! Thank you, Alex!!!

Great Location to all the Ski resorts and great restaurants
My Husband and I did a last minute birthday trip to go Skiing. We loved the location and the underground parking. All the ski resorts are about 45 mins away, we loved how close we were to Whole Foods, trader joes and sprouts supermarkets. The traffic was minimal in the area and we loved getting coffee at the cafe on 1st every morning. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice newer building a mile east of downtown SLC
Overall I enjoyed my stay at "Avenues Top Floor" in Salt Lake City, and was very impressed with the views from the small porch, the comfortable bed, and the appearance of the room. It is quite a walk (a bit over a mile) from downtown STL though - I was thinking seven 'Chicago' blocks but these are STL blocks, which are like 850' in width! So make sure you have a car, or use Lyft/Uber if you have business downtown. A couple of items for improvement: why are there no shelves (at all) in the shower? Everything - shampoo, body wash, conditioner, etc. has to just sit on the shower floor. Weird. Also check-in time was listed online as 3:00, but property manager stated that it was 4:00. Why the discrepancy? And I didn't love all the tasks for checkout - much more than at other Vrbos that I've stayed in. He asked that I run the dishes, strip the bedclothes and pillowcases, run those in the wash, consolidate the garbage, turn off the lights, make sure the keys were in a certain place, etc. etc. Can't he take care of some of those things? He does seem like a nice guy, but just something to consider. The fridge and washer/dryer are very nice, and the space was great for one person, but could easily fit two.
