The condo complex is located 3.5 blocks away from the Salt Palace Convention Center and has a seasonal outdoor pool, a hot tub, a 24-hour gym with free weights and cardio equipment, a convenience store, and a coffee shop. It comes with one free assigned parking space and unlimited free parking on the street. No cats allowed. Dogs require a $99 pet fee.

When staying in a downtown environment, safety is key and we have you covered: We have 24-hour security guards that roam the premises, which is fully-gated.
