This vacation home is a very clean & quiet. It's great for every season.
This unit 4 bed 3 bath will sleep 9 total. 3 couples and one adult or up to three children. Also someone could sleep on the couch.
The full house is yours. Garages are not included. Very quiet and private. Invite your friends it has a apartment style basement with a full fridge microwave toilet and shower also separate entrances and a door that can lock in between units for privacy.

Parking is no problem up to four to five cars in the summertime two to three cars in the winter time.
There are a lot of fun things to do within just a few miles. Skiing, sleding, snow boarding and great winter sight seeing.
Hiking, biking, golfing, and great mountain scenery in the summer. and after all that relax in the hot tub, We would love to have you your family and friends to stay.

Sandy House ski trip
Had a great stay at the sandy house. It was close and convenient to everything. Hot tub after skiing always a bonus. Great sled park right around the corner in walking distance. We'll be back next year for sure.

This house was perfect for our family ski trip. The location was perfect. Several ski areas within 30 min or so plus restaurants, grocery stores, etc. all nearby. It was a very nice property, and communication with the property manager was very good. I recommend this for anyone looking into a Utah family ski trip!

Great home away from home
We had to find a place that would be as close to a home away from home as we could. We were booking a location for a month. This location was great in that it had all the comforts of home as well as in a great location. We were close to retail and restaurants and there was a wonderful park close by that we were able to walk to most days. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a ski trip to ALTA and Park City
We truly enjoyed our time here. The place had everything we needed and felt comfortable. We appreciated that basic household items like dishwasher tablets, paper towels, coffee and filters, ... were stocked. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. Thank you!!!

Great place close to skiing
The house was great! Excellent location- especially easy access to Alta and Snowbird (Little Cottonwood) and quick drive to Brighton and Solitude (Big Cottonwood). Close to grocery store, cute park and an easy drive to SLC and Park City. Loved the house, the hot tub and the neighborhood. We had multiple generations staying in the house. The basement was a great extra living space- almost like a second apartment with its own bath, laundry and mini fridge. Craig was responsive to questions and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Home, Great Experience!
We had an unexpected family funeral and needed additional space for out of town family to stay while they were in town. We were able to quickly secure this home and it worked perfect for our needs. It was exactly as advertised, clean and had plenty of room for our guests to have privacy and spread out. With all of the planning we had to do and the stress of planning a funeral this was the easiest part of our week and made our guests feel comfortable. Thank you for making this do easy, I would highly recommend this home for anyone that needs a place to stay in the area.

Home Away From Home
This was our second stay. We love the coziness of the house, the nearby park, restaurants and shopping. The owners are so easy to communicate with and make everything so welcoming. We would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the area.

Relaxing and beautiful home!
We were in town for a family funeral so this place was a comfortable and peaceful place to sleep and rest between the busy family events. The lock to enter and exit the home was really easy. Neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful. The lights in the evening around the home created a beautiful curb appeal. The home was well equipped with everything we needed. I appreciated having three bedrooms and two baths on the main level. The house rules were simple and checkout list was super easy. Will definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality Craig! Early Thanksgiving visit
Excellent updated and well-maintained property, space, furnishings, supplies and location. My wife and I took a short walk to the nearby park which was an unexpected pleasure; big open space with commanding views of mountains and valley, There was perfect access for my mobility impaired mother to lower level and only 3 steps, with rail from nice level walk to front/main entrance which we were actually able to navigate with a bit of assistance so Mom was able to be on the same level with us . We did not ski but this would be an excellent property and location for a family ski trip. Craig was very helpful .

Comfortable Property with some Frustrations!
While the property was comfortable and accommodated my family of 6 adults and 4 teens, the water pressure was extremely low making showering undesirable. When we arrived and opened the door to enter the property, we were overwhelmed with a terrible odor. After some investigation, the odor was coming from the kitchen drain and we were able to pour some cleaner down to minimize the smell. Then it was discovered another odor (a bit more mild) was coming form the basement shower drain which never really went away. The sink in the master bedroom bathroom was unusable as it would not drain and the light in the master bedroom bathroom flickered the entire time while showering. Luckily we were in the area for a family reunion and limited our stay at the property to sleep and make some meals. As the rating scale above does not accept half star ratings, my actual rating would be a 3.5.

Good but...
My family and I, including 2 dogs stayed at this property for a week. The location was great, the house was nice, but there were some key things that were left out of the description that would have made us think twice about booking here. First, in the listing it shows a downstairs area fully furnished with a fireplace. Upon arrival we quickly found out that the fireplace was not in use and the old TV only had basic cable, not smart tv compatible. So we could not use this area for our entire trip. Second, we own 2 large dogs, one being a german shepherd, who as most people know are highly protective. Soon after we got our belongings in, our german shepherd very briefly jumped up on the couch and ONLY began barking due to seeing another dog outside. We quickly got her down and put her out back. Within minutes after this, the owner contacted us telling us that we are not to have our dogs on the furniture and if our dogs are not well trained to not leave them alone in the property. This message left us feeling uneasy and no where in the house description does it state dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Only after this incident we saw this rule on a piece of paper located downstairs by the non-working fireplace. Overall, these two crucial things made our stay not the vacation we had planned on having.

Perfect location for skiing
The house was a great base for a ski vacation. We could get to the base of either canyon in less than 15 minutes. Grocery store, Costco, ski shops, and restaurants all near by. Beds were comfortable.
