"Great location. Spacious room. Bells are are either great or intrusive. Bathroom is small and there's no hairdryer."

"I had a confirmed booking and when we arrived at 11.30pm I was told via an intercom at the door that the hotel was full.The person talking to me cut me off and wouldn't open the door.
