"Query the room for disabled visitors with walk in shower. had to go in the lift walk the length of the hotel and down in lift to access room 301. Very happy with reception who were very willing to change our original room to one with the walk-in shower.. my only query is why you had to go up along and down to access this room. Otherwise, everything perfect, thank you.."

"We chose this hotel because it was very close to the Le Shuttle terminal, and it was very convenient. We stayed in a family room with our two children, 6 and 10 years. The room was great, two single beds and a double with lots of room unlike other family rooms we have stayed in. It was also quiet and dark, so we had a good sleep.
