The Apartment EL BUEN RETIRO is a very cosy and charming studio located in the Cap Salou area, very close to the famous Cala Crancs.

DISTRIBUTION:

Maximum capacity for 2 adults and 2 children. Distributed in a hall, bathroom with shower and a unique living-dining room with open-plan kitchen and a pull-down bed.
Balcony with sea views.


GOOD TO KNOW:

- Ideal for couples or small families.
- Bunk beds in the hall.
- Not accessible. There are stairs to access the apartment. No lift.
- Communal seasonal swimming pool.
- Reservations for groups are not accepted.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price.
- It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Vue magnifique appartement spacieux mais vétuste mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain. Manque le minimum : sel poivre huile vinaigre… Une chaleur atroce plus de 30 degrés pas de climatisation impossible de dormir dans ces conditions et absolument aucune solution proposée par l’agence malgré plusieurs appels Inadmissible de louer un appartement sans Clim à ce tarif là
