This stunning UHC LAS PALMAS APARTMENT is one of our most exclusive apartments in Salou. This beachfront complex has a large solarium terrace on the roof, and has 2 swimming pools, one of them with salt water. The building is of recent construction, with high-end materials and decorated in an elegant and contemporary style, every detail has been thought to offer you a luxurious stay in front of the sea.

It is located in a privileged environment in Salou. In the heart of Paseo Miramar, a few meters from the sand of Ponent Beach with a wide variety of beach bars where you can taste delicious typical dishes or have a soft drink or cocktail at sunset. In addition, the Ponent Beach, awarded with the Blue Flag, offers excellent services such as rental of sun loungers, parasols, disabled access, lifeguard stations every few meters and a multitude of parks and children's playgrounds. If you are looking to spend a beach vacation with your family, this apartment is what you are looking for.

A great apartment
Fab views!! Definitely will stay here again. Spotlessly clean and Carolina in UHC was very friendly and courteous. Apartment difficult to identify as the name Las Palmas V11 is on the side facing the road. Just look out for the numbers as you walk out - 60-64. Keys can bit a bit tricky but be gentle and you'll be ok. The apartment was perfect for us - three adults. In my opinion a bit too small for 6 people. It's a personal thing but I don't like the sofa in the livingroom being used as a bed. The kitchen kit in my opinion is minimal but adequate

This condo was amazing. Directly across from the beach with rooftop pools to boot. Our kids loved it. The location is perfect, in between Salou and cambrills and in a quiet spot. Only steps away from being in the thick of the fun on either side. We will definitely return.

Appartement confortable (cuisine bien équipée) et situé en face de la plage, ce qui est très agréable. Les commerces sont un peu éloignés mais ce n'est pas gênant avec une voiture. Il est nécessaire de prévoir un stationnement dans le garage en haute saison.

Super fijn appartement op een geweldige locatie
Foto's online geven de precieze weergave van wat je krijgt. Zeer goed onderhouden appartement dat van alle gemakken voorzien is. Door de goed werkende airco lekker koel. Geweldige ligging direct aan het strand met uitzicht op zee en 2 leuke zwembaden op het dak. Appartement ligt in een rustiger gedeelte van Salou. Salou centrum is te voet goed te doen. Genoeg leuke winkeltjes en restaurants in de omgeving. Parkeren kan tegen betaling onder het gebouw. Maar voldoende mogelijkheden om de auto in de omgeving te parkeren. Super vakantie gehad.

Pour des vacances de la Toussaint, c’est parfait, il n’y a personne dans la résidence ni d’ailleurs aux alentours. La vue sur la plage est top. L’appartement est assez grand, et 2 WC sont très appréciés avec une famille.

Het gehuurde appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, ligt op een mooie locatie aan de boulevard met uitzicht op zee. Enige nadeel is dat internet en wifi ontvangst op deze locatie heel matig is.
