Quiet area where you can rest very well, at night there is little noise and in the morning there is the cool floor, a factor that helps rest on summer nights. It has air conditioning, washing machine and equipped kitchen. And now also wifi.
Large terrace overlooking the sea, swimming pool with jacuzzi, playground, supermarket in the same building, bus stop 100 meters away, very close to the Port Aventura theme park and five minutes from the beach walking. Beaches with few crowds, several coves to choose from, with shallow depth.

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'accueil s'est très bien passé avec des hôtes très sympathiques. L'appartement est spacieux avec toutes les commodités dont la climatisation et une piscine. Il est très bien situé dans un quartier calme avec plages à proximité à pied et le centre ville à 5min en voiture.

Appartement confortable
L'appartement est propre et confortable dans une résidence avec piscine. Elle est située à 5 minutes des charmante plages du CAP Salou (petites criques de sable) et proche du Carrefour city (idéal pour faire des petits appoints) mais assez loin du centre ville pour ceux qui aime le monde et les commerces. Le long de la côte offre une belle balade en direction de Salou. La proximité du parc PortAventura est aussi un plus pour ceux qui aiment les sensations fortes.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Der Check Inn war unkompliziert und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung hat einen Tiefgaragenplatz, der wirklich sehr nützlich ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und verfügt über alles, was man bracht. Die Klimanalage ist sehr gut für die heißen Tage, in den Schlafzimmern gibt es Deckenventilatoren, die ganz leise und angenehm sind. Der große Balkon ist wunderbar zum sitzen, man kann vor dort auf Pool und Meer schauen. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist sehr schön und groß mit vielen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist zwei Häuser weiter, dort gibt es alles für den Grundbedarf. Die großen Strände sind etwas weiter weg, aber in 5 Minuten erreicht man eine wunderschöne Bucht, feiner Sand und glasklarem Wasser. Wenn wir eins bereuen, dann, dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten. Klare Empfehlung für die Wohnung und die Umgebung.

5 Star rate to this immaculate property. Lluisa is so communicative and kind. You will find all linens, bath & kitchen towels, hairdryer, vacuum, magnified mirror, fully equipped kitchen, washer, dishwasher, A/C, fans, big balcony on a top floor with automatic shade. Prime location in a quiet and super safe neighbourhood, 5 min walk to the best calm calas/beaches. Bus stop to everywhere is 200m.away. I will always come back and recommend this place. Sehr schönes Appartement in guter Lage zum Strand .
Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Das Appartement ist prima ausgestattet und liegt im ruhigeren Teil von Salou. Schöne Strände sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Im Supermarkt in der Anlage gibt es alles nötige und der Pool ist insbesondere für Kinder ein Pluspunkt. Es war ein toller Urlaub. Vielen Dank an Lluisa und Josep!

Très bon contact avec Lluisa dès la réservation, répond très rapidement aux messages ou demandes diverses. L'appartement est spacieux, très propre et parfaitement équipé, hormis vos effets personnels vous n'avez rien à emmener, Lluisa a pensé à tout!! La terrasse spacieuse permet de prendre tous les repas dehors. Vous avez une place de parking au sous-sol ce qui n'est pas négligeable vue la température! La piscine de la résidence est très agréable, quelque soit l'heure vous y trouverez toujours un transat de disponible. Elle n'est jamais bondée. A 5 mns des plages, magnifiques petites plages dans des criques, un paysage magnifique. La résidence est très calme ainsi que l'environnement. Tout près des parcs d'attractions, de Salou, La Pinéda ou Cambrills où vous pourrez aller passer d'agréables soirées. A Salou vous avez un lidl et supermarché pour vos courses. Près de la résidence un petit carrefour market et +. Je recommande vraiment cet appartement très fonctionnel; très bien situé et avec de très agréables propriétaires. Si nous revenons nous retournerons avec grand plaisir chez Lluisa :)

Superbes vacances!!!
Appartement identique à la description, très propre ainsi que la résidence qui est entretenu par un concierge. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine, de la plage et des tapas à volonté 😉 Les propriétaires sont très gentilles et serviable, nous avons eu un petit problème de wifi et le lendemain c’etait réglé. D’ailleurs je tiens encore à les remercier. Je recommande les yeux fermés.
