Delightful Sant'Anna Apartment in Salo - Lake Garda.

Bright apartment with two double bedrooms, parking, air conditioning.
Beautiful newly renovated, bright and spacious apartment. Ideal for small families, couples or two couples of friends.
It is composed of a modern fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, oven, microwave, freezer, coffee machine with caps, washing machine and dish washer...) and bright living room with a very small balcony, two bedrooms with double bed and wardrobe, a new private bathroom with window equipped with every luxury comfort.
It is equipped with every comfort, air conditioning, WIFI Internet, SMART TV with Netflix account included and private parking a few steps away in the garden below.
Very quiet location surrounded by nature and fields, just a few minutes from the historic center of Salò.
The apartment shares spaces with another apartment such as the entrance hallway, the car parking and garden. Anyway you will enjoy a complete privacy during your stay.
Nearby there are cycle paths, an excellent restaurant, take-away pizzeria, tobacco's shop and bar, butcher, a playground and a small church.
City center and beaches are about 25/30 minutes walking distance.

Lovely appartment
Great appartment well located just outside the beautiful town of Salò. Federico is a very good host with lots of nice little touches in this tastefully decorated, lovely comfortable appartment. We didnt want to leave ehen it was time to go home 😪

Parfait avec toutes mes recommandations
Location fonctionnelle, très propre, jolie et localisation parfaite. Notre hôte a été prévenant, proactif, et très sympathique. Nous avons loué de très nombreuse fois un peu partout en france et dans le monde, et c’est bien la première fois que tout est si parfait et notre hôte aussi accueillant. Wunderschöne Wohnung
Wir können uns den positiven Bewertungen der andere Gäste nur anschließen. Die Wohnung ist einfach wunderbar, so sauber und ordentlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht - das erlebt man selten. Die Klimaanlage war besonders in unserer ersten Woche dort sehr willkommen. :-) Auch der Vermieter Federico ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, spricht perfekt Deutsch und Englisch und stand jederzeit mit Tipps und Hilfe bereit. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und ruhig, alle Menschen, die wir getroffen haben, sehr freundlich. Der nahe gelegene Bäcker ist toll und alle sind sehr hilfsbereit. Das Städtchen Salò ist ebenfalls sehr schön und war nicht so überrannt, wie wir es befürchtet hatten. Wir kommen wirklich sehr gern werden! Vielen Dank für alles, Federico und Familie!

Unterkunft gut und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr sauber. Guter und einfacher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Balkon ist jedoch so klein, da passt kein Stuhl darauf. Ansonsten alles vorhanden.

Sehr schön!
Wir haben im September 2022 eine schöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Diese ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Ein abschließbarer Parkplatz am Haus war für uns wichtig. Zu Fuß ist es zwar etwas weit nach Salo‘, wir haben jedoch immer einen Parkplatz dort gefunden. Die Kommunikation mit Federico war ausgezeichnet! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!

Klasse Ferienwohnung - leider etwas abgelegen
Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Etwas mehr Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck wären schön, störte aber nicht weiter. Ein absoluter Vorteil bei den Temperaturen ist die Klimaanlage. Der Check-In funktionierte problemlos. Danke Frederico für die nette Kommunikation per WhatsApp. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist, dass die Wohnung etwas abseits vom Strand/Zentrum liegt. Man läuft ca. 25 bis 30 Minuten. Es hat uns nicht weiter gestört, da wir eh viel zu Fuß unterwegs sind. Von uns gibt es eine ganz klare Empfehlung, diese Wohnung zu mieten. Die Ort Salo selber ist einfach nur zauberhaft.

Es war alles sehr gut: Von der Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber über die Lage der Ferienwohung bis hin zur Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Wir hatten eine wirklich sehr schöne Zeit in der Wohnung und haben sogar vom Vater des Vermieters frische Granatäpfel direkt vom Baum bekommen :-) Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und ein 9-jähriges Kind und haben uns alle rundum wohl gefühlt. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung und der Aufenthalt dort sehr zu empfehlen.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, die alles bietet, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub im schönen Salò braucht. Super sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Besser geht es nicht mehr. Absolut Top
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir sind Mitte 50 und haben deswegen schon sehr viele Ferienwohnungen bewohnt. Diese und unser Gastgeber toppt alle anderen. Alles ist neu, außerordentlich sauber, es fehlt an nichts (Vom Brotmesser bis zum Netflix Zugang). Unglaublich, an wirklich alles wurde gedacht. Federico hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir waren jeden Abend in einer Osteria sehr gut und günstig essen, die wird ein normaler Tourist nie finden. Ich habe selbst 3 Jahre eine Ferienwohnung an der Ostsee vermietet und kann deswegen wirklich sagen, das ist ganz außergewöhnlich toll was geboten wird. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Wir kommen wieder, wir kommen wirklich wieder :). Achja, das Willkommen Paket darf nicht vergessen werden. Super Lecker :) :)
