✫ There is beach essentials available such as a wagon and beach chairs, but are shared between the 2 units so are first come first serve.
✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.

FYI: Unit 1 is located on the ground level, front side of the house and is technically a partial basement. It is 1 of 3 units on property... Unit 2 is also a short-term vacation rental located in the back side of property, while unit 3 is the primary unit located upstairs where the very welcoming owners live. Due to the owners living upstairs, you may here footsteps from them walking around... If you'd like to book both unit 1 and unit 2 (sleeping a total of 8 people) please message us for availability :)

This property is located within a short drive to Newburyport MA, Portsmouth NH, Plum Island, MA, Hampton Beach, NH and Kittery, ME.
