"The place is walkable to major tourist attraction especially the Verona arena, clean, cozy, welcoming place. My only concern is the lift of the apartment was not fixed on our last day when we used the stairs to bring down our luggage’s and my mom who has difficulty going up and down the stairs but if you don’t have a lot of luggage’s and a must to have lift for transport then this place is perfect to stay. If the lift was fixed I will rate is place for 5/5."

"The area of town seemed a little sketchy. The apartment building is definitely older. Our apartment was clean but had a really strong floral scent which was horrible for someone with scent sensitivities. The bed was saggy and tge pillows were really flat. Some of the dishes were chipped. Ok for one night but would not stay again."

"We were quite satisfied with our stay here. The apartments are a good size and our premium apartment had everything we needed. Most importantly the AC worked well and was able to keep the whole place cool. The 3 pools are all a good size and various depths to meet all needs. "We had a fantastic stay at Residence Corte San Carlo as a family of 6 with 4 children in tow. The Residence is beautifully renovated and done so to to a really high standard. It is spotlessly clean throughout. We were so comfortable in our apartment (Laguna). We were pleasantly surprised with the added bonus of a lift. "Studio room met our needs. Finishings are maybe a little dated but everything was clean and in working order. Pool area was adequate with beds always available.Quiet location yet in very easy reach of town centre and numerous nice restaurants. We would definitely return."

"This is such a lovely place to stay, very family orientated. The staff are amazing and so friendly. The property, grounds and pool were spotlessly clean. You need to have a car to stay here really if you want to get anywhere as it isn't really walkable to much. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which has everything you would expect and includes a full size fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The site is gated and you are given the code on arrival. Parking is away from the accommodation, but...

"The good : • very professional staff, fluent english, highly communicative and very nice ! • fast access to the beach, fast access to the room by car and 15€ for electric charger for cars The bad : • the blanket is rather old • instead of 3 twin bed we got 2 and 1 for a child (60 kg max weight) • the room wasn’t equipped with soap or shampoo or bath tub. We had to ask for it"

My new favorite Hotel!

"This hotel is amazing! The staff were friendly and helpful. The shower was great with hotter and good pressure. The adjustable LED lights in there were a cool feature! Location was wonderful for easy walks to the local historical sites and dining. Also just a short ride from the train station. "

"I loved my stay here. It was only one night but I was impressed with how helpful the hotel staff is and how hard they try. I laughed out loud reading a review from someone saying they try too hard. The hotel room was spotless and the common areas are very charming I did get a room with no view as it’s in the old town and very close to other buildings but to me that’s part of the charm of staying in a building that is so old. I’ll definitely be back! "

"I had a lovely stay at the Mastino. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the area, a minute from Piazza Bra/ the Arena. Breakfast had a great selection. Overall, a good experience and a solid choice for a stay in Verona. "
