It is called out as a spa hotel and the facilities are quite small and some basics were not provided in the rooms that I’d expect at a place calling itself a hotel and spa (like body lotion), but the bed itself was comfortable, the balcony view nice and clean. "A truly ski in ski out experience right off Plein Sud chairlift. Val Thorens is breathtaking and the service is unmatched. Breakfast was included and was lovely every morning inside Casa Alta with a view of the slopes. Two turn down services per day and free ski locker with rentals and room reservation. My driver, Florian, was fantastic and was hired by the hotel to pick me up in Geneva, Switzerland. Great rooms and great value. Trip of a lifetime! "

"The hotel is nice, really good breakfast! Location is perfect! We had a room for 2 ppl which was nice but rooms a very tight. Pool has nice warm water, sauna and steam room are great! Too bad it’s only open till 8 pm. "
