Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
A frustrated vacation
The room had the comforts of a large hotel, however, we suffered our stay here for several reasons: 1. There was no wifi. We could not connect to the internet during our entire stay. 2. The cleanliness of the common areas was precarious. 3. On the first floor there is a bar / disco with loud live music shows until 3am, so we could not get our eyes on the two nights we were there. 4. As there are still some unfinished areas of the hotel and workers are working on it, the pool is full of dust.
