"it was a beautiful setting on the lake and surrounded by mountains. However, This was quite an unusual lodging. There was no reception and only my name on a board to tell me which apartment I was in. The room had a well stocked kitchen but had no bedding. This should have been made clear at the time of booking. As a result my stay was not particularly comfortable. I was also expected to clean the room before I left. Résidence Lagrange Vacances Le Clos Saint Hilaire

"We didn't feel that this property was representative of the listing pictures. It was a lot more run down and stark in comparison. Perhaps because we got a ground floor unit. - The patio was unusable (no privacy and plastic table and chairs were covered in bird poop). - Grounds weren't well kep with grass long, not outdoor seating around the pool (which is much smaller than expected with limited hours). - Check in process was frustrating. - Unit had absolutely no supplies (no hand soap, no toilet paper, etc). We asked the front desk and they gave us a half roll. - Sheets and towels were provided in a big bag so we had to make all the beds (which I realized later during our trip seems to be a european thing...) "
